“Honest shop. My 2005 Canyon AC was dead. It had been failing for some time when I finally took it in. It turned out to be a simple $15 part and under $100 with labor and tax. OMG. Blows Ice cold no recharge required. They could have told me anything and I probably would have believed it. This place is great.”
“If I could give 6 stars I would. I am an 80 year old single woman. An auto mechanic could take me to the cleaners and I would not know the difference. Not so at Strickland. I thought it was going to cost a fortune because my girl was really sick. Louie said all she needed was a good tune up. I had the car back in 24 hours. Did I mention she is 25 years old? She is now purring like a kitten!”
“I was told by the Villages Subaru Dealership that I had a nail in one of my tires and it would be $59.95 plus tax to repair. Also told all four of my tires needed to be replaced because of dry rot. They are original tires, 4 years old and 23,000 miles on them. Trying to sell me tires with 2- and 3-star reviews for $1200. I went to Sumter Tire & Auto; they removed two nails which had not pierced through the tire and told me my two rear tires (used to be on the front) should be replaced in 6-12 months depending on how much I drive. Did not charge me, no repair needed. Checked pressure on all my tires, including donut. Great, honest people work there!”

“Oil and lube on my car, fast friendly service. No grease marks on the interior. Asked if I could get oil changed there for motorhome, that it's a diesel. No problem, bring it over, do them all the time. Drive it over, about 3 plus gals of diesel round trip, they couldn't do it because they couldn't find the serial number in the system. I asked what that had to do with it .... to find lube points and fluid levels etc. Personally, I visually look for the zerk fittings, and there is always Google as a last resort!! A little disappointed because of this, but will certainly bring my auto back.”

“I have mixed feelings about living in Lake Panasoffkee. Being in a small town, it seems that everyone knows your business and certain businesses (in particular) treat you differently than other residents who live here too. With that being said, Certified Auto ISN'T one of those types of businesses. They answered the phone the first time I called, set up an appointment, and even got me in a day earlier. I should have posted this sooner since it was back in December when I had them work on my vehicle. I believe his name is Jerry who worked on my car. I can't thank him enough though. Super nice guy that treats you like family. (Not sure if I listed everything so this is a picture of the receipt and all they done to it). It was definitely well worth what I paid which was a little over $654. If I ever need my car worked on again I'll know who to call.
