The only snag we encountered was we ended up taking it back in to have the speed reduced back down to 20 mph upon checking Fla. Stat. 320.01 (22) / 316.2122 and The Villages Rules of the Road. Otherwise it would have be considered a Low-Speed Vehicle (LSV) and require licensing (and a criminal citation requiring court appearance) if cited exceeding 20 mph.”

“My daughter was driving to Gainesville from Orlando alone today and the under engine cover was scraping along the road on the Florida TPK. I called the nearest auto repair place and Bill answered. He said send her over and he was able get the car on the lift, quickly fastened the plastic cover and she went on her way. Before she left my daughter called me and she put Bill on the phone and he said absolutely NO CHARGE! Thanks Bill.”

“I had my SUV Lexus here a few times to repair both bumpers after being hit twice in a span of 3 weeks. I will tell you that there is no better place than this place! From the people working right inside the doors to everyone working on the cars. Lemetreus is the best guy ever! He works on behalf of the customer. It took a while to get the correct bumper on both ends. Lemetreus will not let any job go unsatisfactory. Both bumpers look amazing and I am completely satisfied. Lemetreus was in constant contact with me about all steps and details. I can’t say enough about this place. Go here first, don’t waste your time looking elsewhere. Thank you everyone! ❣”

Start off by saying Iam a small dealer in Ocala and I choose to bring to this location due to the great customer service I receive from the service dept starting off with Kristen Andre answering the phone and being super knowledgeable & real. This is my second time having them fix vehicles that I trusted them not saying it needs this that and all the other smoke. My first visit I had the pleasure to work with Jamie Edwards which was amazing to deal with. He made sure to keep me posted on everything that was going on. I was stuck across the street at TA for almost two days, being ignored and told that parts wouldn't arrive until the next day for a simple fix. Out of pure frustration, I risked moving my truck over to this shop.
These guys are absolute professionals and a lifesaver for owner-operators. They had the exact Bendix purge valve in stock on their shelf, took my truck in immediately, and fixed the entire air leak issue in literally 3 minutes! Honest, fast, and extremely respectful of a driver's time.
