Went to Brownwood and had the great pleasure of meeting Chris Holl. He listen to us tell him what we wanted, informed us of all the promotions, very knowledgeable on the products. “My daughter was driving to Gainesville from Orlando alone today and the under engine cover was scraping along the road on the Florida TPK. I called the nearest auto repair place and Bill answered. He said send her over and he was able get the car on the lift, quickly fastened the plastic cover and she went on her way. Before she left my daughter called me and she put Bill on the phone and he said absolutely NO CHARGE! Thanks Bill.”

“Called on a Tuesday to ask about replacing the blower motor. Spoke to Josh. Wasn’t sure which blower motor would be the right one so he ordered both, taking on the responsibility of returning which one wasn’t the correct one. Brought my car in on Wednesday at 5:00 pm. At 10:00 am ish, the very next day, I was called and told that the car was ready and it was the less expensive blower motor. We will ABSOLUTELY go back if we ever need service on either vehicle again!! Thanks Josh and the others at Bushnell Auto Care”

“My car broke down on my way to work on I-75 going north to The Villages today. I waited almost 2 hours for the tow truck to arrive. Meanwhile, I decided to have it towed to Strickland Automotive in Wildwood, FL. It was truly one of the best decisions I’ve ever made! I had planned to take a Lyft ride home because I live 40 minutes south, but much to my surprise the mechanics put it up on the rack immediately and told me that they thought they could have it up and running soon so I could drive it home and to cancel Lyft, so I did. The automotive shop customer service is 10 stars, and they had my car up and running in about an hour. They are very honest, courteous and reasonable. I am beyond grateful and impressed with this automotive shop. If you need any services performed on your car, I highly recommend that you take it here. They are top-notch!!!”

“I had my SUV Lexus here a few times to repair both bumpers after being hit twice in a span of 3 weeks. I will tell you that there is no better place than this place! From the people working right inside the doors to everyone working on the cars. Lemetreus is the best guy ever! He works on behalf of the customer. It took a while to get the correct bumper on both ends. Lemetreus will not let any job go unsatisfactory. Both bumpers look amazing and I am completely satisfied. Lemetreus was in constant contact with me about all steps and details. I can’t say enough about this place. Go here first, don’t waste your time looking elsewhere. Thank you everyone! ❣”
