“I purchased a certified preowned mustang from Mullinax and had an absolutely amazing experience. Being a woman who doesn’t know a ton about cars it can be a little intimidating walking into a car dealership to make a purchase, I have never felt more comfortable and taken care of at a dealership before. I have bought several cars before from other dealerships but never on my own. Captain Curtis was extremely helpful even before I walked into the dealership, answering all my questions about different cars I was looking at and sending me any info I needed. When I got to the dealership (an hour drive from my home), he promptly showed me the car I was interested in and when I decided to purchase walked me through every step and explained everything. Jeremy then went over all the contract and warranty info with me and was also very helpful making decisions. “They saved me from such a bad situation when I was in dire straights last month! A Uhaul business real close to this location ignored me after telling me they would try to fix whatever was preventing my vehicle from having the trailer hitch lights connection work. After hours (literally) of waiting at Uhaul, I decided to go to the nearest mechanic. He was kind enough to let me walk in and spent half an hour trying to figure out why the circuit connection wasn't working, preventing any trailer lights that I was hooked up to from coming on. So I was about to be stuck over the weekend (this was a Friday afternoon mind you) with this Uhaul trailer that I was taking across country and went to Kauff's as a last gasp hail mary attempt. I walked in and asked if they had some kind of hybrid lighting system that I could put on the back of a trailer I was hauling to work as a legal lighting system. Long story short: they asked why, I told them, they said let's take a look, and 90 minutes later they completely renovated the circuitry and wiring so that it was good as new. Saved me so much money and even more of a headache, I'm so thankful for them helping this guy out who was just a nobody walking into the store that knows nothing about trailers!! Thanks again Kauff's!”

This time I brought in my 2015 GMC Sierra Denali for the following: 6" BDS Lift Kit(powder coated), 35x12.5x22 Toyo Open Country Mud Terrain Tires mounted onto personally purchased wheels requiring particular cutting and trimming in multiple areas for clearance, and left the shop with Perfection! Most importantly is that they’re very careful with their work returning your vehicle in the same condition you brought it in as far as no scratches, defects, etc. Pricing wasn't a concern to me. Very fair priced for the Elite custom work they provide. Can't wait to do engine work next! Highly Recommend DV8 Motorsports Inc.

“Searched all over my entire home state of North Carolina and could not find a Maverick Hybrid. Literally called every dealer in the state. Was headed to Florida to visit family so called every dealer along 95 on the way down. Found one in Weston and West Palm and the Weston one sold before we got there. Called Curtis at Mullinax West Palm and he got us all set up for the transaction via text and connected me to financing which offered a deal better than my credit union. Held the truck for me for the day until I could drive there. Did not take too long to do all the paperwork and run through the vehicle. Zero pressure for additional sales from Curtis or the guy who helped us out in financing. Truck was exactly as described and exact price I expected. Would definitely buy from this dealer again if we needed to buy out of state again. They have "no dealer fees" but they do charge some market adjustments on extremely hard to find vehicles (like the hybrid Maverick which had a $3k extra cost). Was willing to pay it though to not have to wait over a year to order one. The market adjustments in my home state are $5k. Truck is still a really great deal even with the adjustment. I'm averaging well over 40mpg! Thanks Mullinax!”
