“My shopping experience at Target has changed drastically within the last few months . I don’t know if it’s a recent development of theirs but Target actually has security! Well “assets protection” lol . This is new to me but i’ve had nothing short of pleasant experiences with their security guard Jasmine . She’s always a pleasure to speak with at the front of the store and is surprisingly super knowledgeable about the store and its layout . If she doesn’t know the answer …. she knows someone who does and she’ll get them to help you in a heartbeat ! She’s been denying my tips which i guess is company policy but she can’t stop me from leaving a stellar review ! I’ll share her favorite quote with my fellow Target shoppers “always make good business decisions” !!”
“I received exceptional service when I visited this store. I had to upgrade to a new cell, and the customer tech took the time to make sure everything was set up correctly in the new phone and with my account.
I've been with MPCs for over 25 years, and the guy helping me at this store offered me the best CS experience I've ever seen at any store.
While I was there waiting for the cellphones to sync, he took care of other customers all withe the same excellent service, super courteous”
“Was excited about changing service from Boost to Cricket with Lisette this morning. But for some reason, after arriving home and fully charging phone, I could not get into phone. Having a satisfying demeanor is essential in a high-pressure environment. Harping on equity isn't an ultimate moral imperative, but it's a pervasive issue that should be highlighted in an establishment like this one so that reliable visitors and esteemed patrons continue to frequent consistently”
