“Fantastic experience with JC and his crew. Very nice, kind and cool peoples over there!A few weeks back they did a great job with my Mother’s newly bought (used) 2019 Buick Cascada by removing the 5% tint job (all around), that was already on the car, and installing 50% tint (all around), including the front windshield. The car looks phenomenal. She receives compliments regularly.They just recently took care of my 2009 Shelby GT500’s front windshield tint job, as well as redoing the rear windshield (previously done back in NY a couple yrs. back, but had bubbles brewing). They also connected the rearview mirror properly, which was all wrong for a few years now. Once again, phenomenal work!Their prices and time frames are very reasonable. I would go back to them for any other needs, as well as recommend them to all family and friends.”

“This store, & the people in it are helpful. At least try best to help you, & remain professional about it. What aggravated me was; a screen went dead on one of my lines; needed it replaced asap, with any cheap phone. But you cant call & ask them what they have in stock, whats avilable, etc. They cant tell you, corporate policy. You physically have to come into the store. Same with activation; other carriers let you activate online or over phone just using IMEI. I dont understand this at all. What do you gain from me having to drive around to 3 different Metro stores, to tell me all the cheap phones are out of stock, or that this or that phone cannot be activated? Other than get me more agrivated.
And I know theres different ways to pay for new phones, but the retail is the retail price. I have 3 older model phones, that are starting to break down, been w/ Metro for long time. But its actually cheaper now to switch to Xfin Mobile, to get one or 2 free phones, and then pay $10 less monthly than I do now w/ Metro.”

“First off let me start off by saying my family and I received the best customer service I have ever received at a Metro PCS my entire life. My husband, daughter, and I came into this location Saturday June 8th 2024 for the first time. We purchased two phones, one was a metro PCS and the other one was a phone connected to T-Mobile. We was greeted by Alex and Edwin who both were very knowledgeable, patient, had a very great sense of humor, made reasonable suggestions and fast. They help my husband and I pick out really great phones that were compatible with what fits our budget that we already had. And even offered to assist us in transferring our information to the new phones. Alex also helped my husband find the perfect phone to fit his watch. I didnt feel like we were being sold a lie just to spend more money, or to push sales. They both gave us a trusting spirit.They both were pretty good with keeping us entertained while we waited. It was almost as if we was at a family Barbecue. We all shared laughs, and great conversations while waiting for the phones to be activated. We were even given really cool T-Mobile cups, that turn bright pink the colder the liquid is inside. When I tell you we really got our money's worth. The phones are awesome, the service we received is priceless. This has just became my family and I favorite new location. These 2 really make an amazing team. The store was clean. And even though it was a rainy day, Alex and Edwin brighten up our day. 10 stars for them both.

Convenient and quick, I was filled up and on my way. The station has seen better days with some trash in the lot and yes, the hand sanitizer dispenser by the pumps had been broken off.”
