“Most of my Chase reviews are the same because most of the branches operate the same. This is a good bank with good people and a passion for service. No matter what state you're in they all look the same. I've been a Chase banker for years now and the reason is simple... They have always taken good care of my banking needs... This comes from a retired banker. I don't visit branches much anymore since the invention of the ATM and online banking. This place is big and bright and an attentive staff that seemed very attentive to their customers.. There were many cubicles and meeting tables... I imagine it can get very busy here. I used the teller to help me make some change. She was pleasant, helpful and reinforced my belief in being a Chase customer. If you have a choice to make about local banks I recommend this Chase branch for your banking needs. Kudos to a wonderful team here.”
