“Pleasant experience here. First time at this outlet store and went well. Picked up an item from the clearance that was not suppose to be their and Yvette the manager honored the clearance price anyways. She also asked if we had a coupon and told her no and she gave us one anyways. Now it's the little things in life that means the most and for that reason this was a good experience. “Nice store! Gotta love all the colorful clothes for men. So, far we have an arm full of clothes but not one person offered to help are you okay anything. Okay, a lady who works here seen my arm full and helped out. I know I grew up in a Era that appreciated customer service and seems days are gone.Checking out she was somewhat nice for a 200.00 order.”

“The quality of the shirts and pants is really good. Especially the design, always colorful and "catchy". The fabric of all clothes is comfortable and soft. But, at the same time, baby clothes do not last more than 5-6 washes, which is very important, since with a very active baby you have to do laundry almost every single day.”

“Huge, huge GAP. Wow..... The GAP at this outlet mall is HUGE! It's also incredibly clean and has SO much. I noticed that a lot of the stores were very winter "unfriendly" I get that we're in Florida, but this is an outlet mall and I didn't think it would be that crazy to find things that you wouldn't find in more local or higher turnover stores. They had SOOOO much of everything.It was also nice to shop under one roof where you could get something for everyone in the family. It meant that no one was bored and that we didn't have to split up or anything.”

“I was shopping for work pants and couldn’t find my size. Hunter was my saving grace and tracked down the last pair in my size! He was offering other selections along the way, even pulling up other store locations for me, and was just an overall bright personality that really added to my shopping experience. I went from stressed and bummed out to leaving the store with a bag full of exactly what I needed. GIVE THIS GUY A RAISE!! you don’t get associates that actually help anymore, not like this guy. “Just had a fabulous experience at H&M in City Place, West Palm Beach. Went in to check on one pair of pants, ended up taking many into the fitting room with me and Ernie was there supervising the fitting room and offered to get me anything I needed. I wasn't doing too well until Ernie took control and came back with several options I had missed - and they were all perfect! Love my purchases (on sale!) and so grateful to Ernie for the help. I'd take him as my personal shopper any day!”
“I've been here before, but not for a while. Even so, I was surprised not to see a previous review by me for this store. I'm an Old Navy Shopper. I like the brand and have found many useful items at their stores in the past -- plus some very good Christmas gifts. And they've had some fun shirts for my husband. I wanted to come here to see what was new in stock. Even though they are a chain, there is sometimes a slight difference in what items each store carries. I really enjoyed this particular store. Everything was clearly marked, stacked very neatly, with lots of inventory, and easy to find. While browsing, I saw quite a few items that I liked. And I even brought a number of items into the dressing room to try on. My husband found a couple shirts on sale that were a bargain (really! one was $1.99.). So, adding in some things that fit me and that I knew I would get a lot of use out of, and were reasonably priced (they had many items at 30 to 40 percent off), I couldn't resist bringing them home. I was also pleasantly surprised to see that when I went to the check out that I had a few dollars in loyalty credits, so my purchase was even less expensive than I'd expected. Now that I have been here again, I shall be coming back more often.”

“My friend who lives in Palm Beach introduced me to this beautifully curated shop while I was visiting there. I am a retailer for 41 years in NYC and never saw such an abundance of phenomenal clothes. Needless to say I went crazy and purchased a lot. Couldn't help myself!! The salespeople were so helpful and suggested everything! I loved the Sabrina and Abby. The manager Gloria was exceptional. I will definitely be back. “My boyfriend Matt and I had the best experience at JC Western Wear with the owner Sam. He took his time to educate me on how boots work and how to fit them. He also HIGHLY recommended Okeechobee Steakhouse Sirloin Sandwich. I’m so happy to have been able to buy boots today and have had his help. We had a very funny conversation and he’s a great guy and overall great owner. I’m definitely going back there in the future for myself and for my boyfriend to get him boots.
