“Radha was an amazing customer service representative. She went way above and beyond to help us find the perfect spot. I was a bit concerned about safety issues and she walked me around the building walked me to my locker and showed me exactly how to get in, get out with codes and access. This woman deserves a raise$$$ you don't find many associates like this anymore. I am in the sales industry and very thank you Ryder for your amazing customer service. We sincerely appreciate you”

“Walked in said I needed an F150 was told that there wereno trucks available right now with a tow hitch at all. Discouraged I walked out cussing because my workday was ruined but was met by a man telling me to get back in and sit down he was was finding one. I wanted an F150 but ended up with a F350 service body. Moral of the story they got me in a truck and as a self employed person what more can you ask for.”

“The van was the cleanest and most updated of any I've rented over the years. Fast and efficient service provided by Bill when we arrived, and then easy drop-off with Bradley when we returned. I'd definitely rent here again.”
