“I recently had the pleasure of shopping at the Publix Super Market at Woods Walk Plaza, and it was a thoroughly enjoyable experience. From the moment I entered the store, I was impressed by the clean, well-organized layout. The aisles are spacious, making it easy to navigate even during busier times.
One of the first things I noticed was the freshness of the produce. The fruits and vegetables were vibrant and well-stocked, clearly maintained with care. I found everything I needed for my weekly grocery run, and the variety was excellent. There were many organic options, which is a big plus for me.
The deli and bakery sections are standout features. The aroma of freshly baked bread and pastries is inviting, and the quality does not disappoint. I tried a few items, including a loaf of sourdough bread and some pastries, all of which were delicious. The deli offers a wide range of ready-to-eat meals, perfect for those days when cooking at home is not an option.
Customer service at this Publix is exceptional. The staff members are friendly, approachable, and always willing to help. During my visit, I had a question about a product, and an employee went out of their way to assist me, even providing a recommendation for a similar item when the one I was looking for was out of stock.
Checkout was efficient and pleasant. The cashier greeted me with a smile, and the bagger carefully packed my groceries, ensuring that fragile items were well-protected. There were no long waits, despite the store being fairly busy.
In terms of location, Woods Walk Plaza is convenient with ample parking space. The overall ambiance of the plaza is pleasant, making the shopping trip even more enjoyable.

“I recently transferred pharmacy’s from Walgreens to CVS. My first encounter through the drive-thru window working with Roshan was such a pleasant experience that I know I made the right choice by switching. Walgreens has nothing wrong, CVS is just closer. But, Roshan made sure to thoroughly help me and took time into figuring out solutions to my transfer, insurance info, as well as prices. He did not rush me nor make me feel judged over personal info I needed to explain. His customer service skills are awesome; and he promptly as well as efficiently gets his customers’ orders filled. Later, I had to call and leave a vm about a question. Within minutes Roshan promptly called me back with a solution.”
“I normally use a different location but my wife tested positive for Covid and the pharmacy near me was out of the medication. They suggested I call around and I was lucky that I reached Lilly at this location. She looked up the prescription and verified they had it and would take care of getting the info from the other store. Of course computer issues caused the prescription to get locked up. Lilly did not give up and found a fix to get it filled. She was professional, knowledgeable and above all caring. I would recommend them to all.”

“I have lived up the street from here for 25 years. It used to be a field of grass. I can't remember when it was built but have been coming here ever since so maybe 20 yrs.? It used to be open 24 hours. Anyway, these employees are the best!!!. They are kind, helpful, knowledgeable, empathetic, go out of their way to help for whatever you need. They only time they may be a little slow or seems that way is cause I'm chewing their ear off, rattling on about who knows what. Haha. I have had delivery orders for groceries lost and tried to shag them down myself. And they have always come thru for me. And by the way, not their fault the orders are lost”

When I went to drop off and subsequently pick up my medicine, Linda was really helpful, knowledgeable, and polite. She also advised me on when to obtain refills so I would always have them before my medication runs out. Because of the great service, I will be moving from the CVS across the street to this pharmacy as my regular pharmacy. Additionally, lines and wait times aren't usually as bad as they are at CVS.”

“The customer service and friendliness of the employees the only 2 tines I have been to this Walgreens, ( I live in the area but the Walgreens on 6th is closer), has been a breath of fresh air. Customer service these days is so non existent, that I actually told my husband of the great experience I had here the other day. It was December 29 around 1:30. The staff at the store was helping an elderly lady with her photos, and greeting customers as they walked in, genuinely. The liquor store employee ( made my day) she will know who she is) with directing me and helping me and the most amazing spirit...I do not usually say this about Walgreens because usually the staff is definitely not trained in customer service, but this location made up for it. 10th Ave Walgreens staff ....keep it up, it is appreciated.”
