“Though I did not use their services. They were nice on the phone and correspondences to an out of state customer. Gave me a real quote. I will use them next time!! As the UPS store I was talked into using, charged me $$$ more!! If you are from out of state, don't bother with any one else. I believe another reviewer has stated the same thing.”
“Went today to drop off three amazon returns. Jason attended to me and was extremely professional, he helped me bc i didnt know what to do to adhere three labels to three boxes and if i had to cross things out or scribble out old labels snd he helped me pack them up and label them to assure that they were good to go. He was a very kind person and extended his professionalism to me by assisting me. Thanks so much jason! I was there around 3 pm today, 09/22/2025. I had on a green shirt with stitch in case you are his boss want to review his job well done on camera!”

“I came to my UPS store because it was next to my dry cleaner. Post Office was too far. I was dreading mailing a box to my grandson of all his Legos and stuff from his Spring break trip. Price was less than what I had calculated USPS to be! Team members were cheerful and fast!If you think that UPS is Only for free Amazon returns, guess again.I'm sold on My UPS store for all my shipping, shredding and printing needs. AND between Publix and the dry cleaner, could it be MORE convenient?”
