“Fed ex dropped a box off at a vrbo I was renting by mistake. I felt it important to redirect it to proper person. 800 customer service for fed ex was of no help. A drop off location near me was also of no help. I was driving near Eagle Shipping Center and called to see if I could drop off with them. Immediately took box and said they would somehow get it picked up by FedEx and delivered appropriately. That's what I would have expected from the so call FedEx customer service. Thank goodness Eagle Shipping understands real service thanks to Cesar Echeverry.”

“We've been using this service and business for 5 yrs. We always are treated well. The staff is excellent and when an issue arises they know how to help. I am sure there are issues once in a great while, no business is perfect, but if you can hit 99% of the time....why are you complaining? Just work to fix it and move on. We use them almost exclusively. Never a serious line to get things done. It's a small business so it's nice to support them. Highly recommended.”

My order looked like I got it from an actual artist ! And he remembered me calling earlier in the day and even my name (: he was great my order was great and I so love great customer service . “I had some very important documents that I needed Notarized before the weekend so I rushed to this location at 4:30 and got their at 4:45. Waited in line for 15 minutes only to get to the register at 5:04 and them tell me that they won't Notarize my paperwork cause the notary is supposed to go home at 5. Mind you she is still right their in front of me, but doesn't wana stay a minute late. If she had already left I can understand that. But she just didn't want to do it cause they had a line and it would have made them stay even later. I should have came earlier I admit so after the fact I understand, I sure was mad that day tho. The next time I went they helped me just fine”
