“I just left this place and had to give a 5 star review. I honestly did not know this place was here and they have been around for 25 years from what the owner mentioned. He was so sweet and patient with me! I was dreading going to USPS because most of the time I have a terrible experience but they actually mail out just about every company like DHL,USPS returns and mail etc. I was in and out and will definitely be coming here in the future now that I know it’s near by. Please check them out if you are local!”

I moved from Florida to Minnesota at the beginning of the month and I sent all my garments with them. The sport equipment, bags, etc.
every time that a package moved or arrived I received an email with the tracking information.
Moving was really challenging, but being able of tracking your things at all times was a relief and an awesome experience in general. I highly recommend you working with them!”
“Though I did not use their services. They were nice on the phone and correspondences to an out of state customer. Gave me a real quote. I will use them next time!! As the UPS store I was talked into using, charged me $$$ more!! If you are from out of state, don't bother with any one else. I believe another reviewer has stated the same thing.”

“Staff is helpful and you can ship multiple ways. You can ship FedEx packages, UPS, USPS, to name a few. I almost went 4 stars though because they have very limited hours that they are open. They are closed on Sunday and close at 2:00 p.m. on Saturday. Weekdays, I believe they close at 6:00 p.m. They would get a lot more business if they were open more days and longer hours. I ship from the store all the time and have had no problems and as mentioned the staff is very helpful.”

“I had an amazing experience that this location everyone is so sweet. I came in to get my figure prints done and the employee that help me was amazing and so patient with me. I had to take my ring off because they were getting in the way, I put them in my bag but fell and i didn’t notice that one fell until a week and half later!!! But in the morning i called them and they still had it. I’m so grateful for them!! I just want to say thank so much they are such great people..”

Initial Review
I went to post my tax return 2 days ago along with another piece of mail. I certified and obtained a tracking number. I tracked the packages and discovered the tax return is no where to be found. The usps site says tracking not available. I was helped by Zach. I called and they said they have opened an investigation. I am highly disappointed that such sensitive documents with IRS written BOLDY suddenly disappear.
I am leaving a one star review and also will be filing a police report. This is not acceptable. I am happy to update this if my documents are returned.”

“I’ve had a mailbox at this UPS Store location for quite some time, including during an extremely transitional period in my life, and I cannot say enough good things about Jackie and her team.
This is a very busy store, yet Jackie runs it like a well-oiled machine. She’s knowledgeable, professional, calm under pressure, and genuinely cares about helping customers. I always felt that my mail, packages, and important documents were safe and handled responsibly, which gave me enormous peace of mind.
What really stood out to me is that even after I changed mailbox locations to a different UPS Store, Jackie still went out of her way to help me resolve a shipment issue that had been mishandled by another franchised location. She absolutely did not have to step in, but she did anyway — and that level of integrity and customer care is rare.
In fact, after that experience, I ended up switching my mailbox back to this location because the difference in professionalism, organization, and customer service was that noticeable.
Her employees are also consistently friendly, patient, and helpful, even when the store is clearly busy.
In a world where good customer service feels harder and harder to find, Jackie and her team truly stand out. Highly recommend this location.”
