“Really great prices and customer service, I even purchased 2 shoes with DGShoesLLC (Black Air Force 1s and Jordan 4 Red Cements). They came out really nice but the problems were that when I purchased the Red Cements their retail prices were $240 and I paid almost $350 (not really his fault because he has to make profit and I willingly bought it). The other problem was with the Air Forces because when I bought the shoe, the metal pieces were off and he sold them separately which I rejected because I wasn’t willing to pay even more for something that HAD to come with the shoes.
Response to owner: I purchased the Air Forces in early March and the Red Cements a few months before. I never contacted you guys because I forgot your businesses name and because I’m not going to return a shoe I’ve already worn. I was really satisfied with both shoes but it just bothered me that the metal pieces (that are SUPPOSED to come on the Air Forces) were taken off and sold separately.”

“I did not have a great experience at the Miami State and Liberty location. I drove four hours from Tampa to Miami to do a custom fitting. There was a lady there who did a great job measuring, and she/the staff assured me they would save my custom measurements on file so that whenever I was ready to purchase, we could plug those measurements in and be good to go. I called twice thereafter to confirm this was the case. Imagine my surprise when I went to purchase multiple suits that somehow my measurements were “lost” with no true explanation as to what happened. This put me in a tricky spot as their custom suits have a lead time of approximately 5 weeks. I had no choice but to make the long haul drive once again to get custom-measured. Word to the wise: if you’re getting measured for a suit at the Miami location, purchase that day so you don’t get the run around like I did. At the end of the day, I was a customer who was ready to purchase, and the irresponsible staff placed numerous barriers of entry to prevent a purchase from happening. I took my business to the Fort Lauderdale location, and Brian Appleby/the entire staff exceeded my expectations. I purchased immediately that day. Make the 35-minute drive to Fort Lauderdale and avoid the negligent staff over in Miami.Thank you again, Bryan Appleby and the Fort Lauderdale Team!”
“Went in the store 6.14.25 with my husband to shop for father's day. We had a really great experience. The rep that was helping us was very helpful and super friendly. We felt very welcome by her. We were a bit indecisive, but she helped us along the way and did not get impatient with us. She gave us a great experience. I forgot her name. She was slim, older, light skin African American with an accent.”
“In this day and age, to find such a reputable store with the most helpful staff and owner is a rarity. I purchased a pair of tap shoes in October. Never wore them plus had a hip replacement in Dec. It's now February, and still can't wear them. The receipt said returns or exchanges within ten days from purchase. I took a shot, never wanted my money back but just an exchange for something I could wear. And honestly, it was a shot! I really expected a "no." Well, between the owner and staff they couldn't have been nicer, so understanding (seeing they were still in the box and never removed) and without hesitation took them back for an even exchange. How incredible is that! Never have I experienced such service anywhere!!!! A true joy to have this kind of shop in our neighborhood. Please frequent this store, and say hello from Bella.”

“I was looking for a sport jacket for my 17 year old for a Bar-mitzvah and it is a daunting task. Two years ago, I had to do this and I went to so many stores and it was such a hassle to find a jacket or suit for a teen. Here, I told the ladies I needed a sport jacket and they took me right back and pulled one out and by chance it fit perfectly. The jacket came with slacks and they were willing to sell me just the jacket which was very nice. They kept asking questions and before I knew it, I ended up just getting him the whole suit, shirt, belt and tie. It was not a hard sell at all, but they found out my needs and made sure my son looked great.The suit, while polyester, was well made. They even hemmed the pants while we were there and we were in and out in less than a half hour. She found a nice dress shirt that fit well and they cut the belt to fit his slim waste. He even got to choose the buckle. They matched a tie and handkerchief perfectly. I was very happy with the selection.Their stuff is really well priced and I was very happy with the quality service and just everything. In addition to their regular stuff and weddings, I learned they also do a great job for High School kids and proms and stuff. I ended up learning one of the ladies has a kid that goes to school with my son. I didn't want to pay a fortune for a teen suit and I was so surprised that we were able to get everything for around $200 and everything fit so well and he was so happy. For example we went to another men's clothing store before this one and that store, while amazing, didn't have sizes for my son and prices started at around $299 for a suit which I thought was also reasonable.Bottom line, and I can only talk for the high school kids, I would definitely use this place as a one stop shop or for just a shirt suit tie belt or shoes. It was very convenient to find in the Boynton Beach mall. I really like that I didn't have to drive all over creation and then have to go to a tailor and then have that expense and hassle.While shopping I saw a steady stream of gentlemen buying Sunday suits and other outfits. To be honest, I would definitely go back even for myself. My son can't wait for prom, just to go back.”

“I can’t thank Joe, Larry, Paul, and the rest of the team enough. After severely breaking my right foot, I was not able to find any shoes that would fit. My feet are two completely different sizes and widths. I’m so thankful that my podiatrist recommended LaRocca shoes. Larry was great about communicating with me and working with my doctors and insurance. When I came in to be fitted, everyone working there was so kind and inviting. Joe took great care of me. Joe and his team came up with an inventive idea and modified a pair of sneakers to fit my feet. When I came in to pick up my shoes, Joe and his team were so happy and excited for me because I haven’t had a new pair of shoes in about 4 years since I broke my foot. Paul helped me try them on and gave me instructions on wearing the shoes and orthotics that they made for me. I highly recommend this place! They are caring, compassionate, very friendly, knowledgeable, they are empathetic to your concerns, and they go the extra mile for their clients. They are the reason I was able to have new shoes to wear at my son’s graduation. This place treats you like family and has always been warm and inviting to me. They don’t judge you; they just want to help. You will not find better customer service.”

The store was clean and all of the items were neatly shelved in order of size so it was very easy to find my size. The staff was very friendly and helpful.
