“The employees go above and beyond to help their customers. Infact the reason I began going to this store is due to witnessing an an employee running to the door to help a customer. I have never been to that store (i go at least one a week or so) without them being very nice, helpful and caring”
“I had a great experience with Pak mail!
I moved from Florida to Minnesota at the beginning of the month and I sent all my garments with them. The sport equipment, bags, etc.
every time that a package moved or arrived I received an email with the tracking information.
Moving was really challenging, but being able of tracking your things at all times was a relief and an awesome experience in general. I highly recommend you working with them!”
“Staff is helpful and you can ship multiple ways. You can ship FedEx packages, UPS, USPS, to name a few. I almost went 4 stars though because they have very limited hours that they are open. They are closed on Sunday and close at 2:00 p.m. on Saturday. Weekdays, I believe they close at 6:00 p.m. They would get a lot more business if they were open more days and longer hours. I ship from the store all the time and have had no problems and as mentioned the staff is very helpful.”

I am changing my review to a 5 stars due to the owner Yvonne reaching out to me to provide assurance that she was following up with USPS to resolve the issue with my package. Yvonne was extremely kind and sympathetic which I truly appreciated. She quickly responded and provided excellent compassion which is what I would expect. I definitely recommend
Initial Review
I went to post my tax return 2 days ago along with another piece of mail. I certified and obtained a tracking number. I tracked the packages and discovered the tax return is no where to be found. The usps site says tracking not available. I was helped by Zach. I called and they said they have opened an investigation. I am highly disappointed that such sensitive documents with IRS written BOLDY suddenly disappear.
I am leaving a one star review and also will be filing a police report. This is not acceptable. I am happy to update this if my documents are returned.”

“This store is amazing, I’m so lucky to have this UPS store close to home. I used them a lot and have only received exceptional service from everyone there. They have s great team and are always accommodating to my needs and take care of me in a timely manner. As a busy mom and having child with special needs I’m always using their services for a number of reasons and they are always very helpful, sometimes even assisting me without me having to go to the store, which is very helpful to me and my lifestyle. Amanda is amazing, communicative and very dedicated to providing a wonderful service!”

“I have been to multiple UPS stores in the West Palm Beach area. This is the best one. They are very efficient, nice and extremely helpful. Even of the most busy days I’ve never waited there more than a few minutes. . I would give them 10 stars if possible.”
