Good customer service. The young guy was patient and respectful with my mom. However, he neglected to tell us that her contacts ect could not be restored from her old phone to the new phone.

Went to Verizon to get a phone I had MetroPCS did not work out got to be expensive so now I switched and I like Verizon a lot better on my phone people can understand me when I'm talking on my phone Verizon is the best carrier I think it is not as expensive
