“Thank you Ethan for your professionalism and patience in helping my mother find the phone to suit here needs. From the moment we stepped inside the door he greeted us with a warm hello. My mother is 85 yrs young and being tech savvy is not her forte. Ethan was kind and patient in assisting my mom in finding what she needed and understanding the phone she chose. The store was soothing with ambient lighting, organized, clean, and comfortable places to sit. I would recommend this store for all smart device purchases!”

“I recently bought a new phone from this location At the time this gentleman Karthik was waiting on me and another customer at the same time. He was being horribly abused by this older man and this old man was there for the same reason as me. I lost my old phone and when you don't have your old phone, you lose everything. Karthik was so kind and patient with this man. I couldn't believe it. But since this beautiful display of kindness, I have messed my new phone up twice. Again Karthik fixed me. He's really a great guy. Thank you Karthik for excellent service.....Liz Jesse”
