At the time this gentleman Karthik was waiting on me and another customer at the same time. He was being horribly abused by this older man and this old man was there for the same reason as me. I lost my old phone and when you don't have your old phone, you lose everything. Karthik was so kind and patient with this man. I couldn't believe it.
