“Amazing experience at Badcock today in Lakeland. After leaving City Furniture and Ashley due to their used car sales approach I went to Badcock and Cathy greeted us at the door let us know she’d be there if we had any questions at all. And then left us to shop. I love to shop and talk with my friends about my day and the furniture our kids and the ugly things and the beautiful ones I’d like in my house. I don’t feel free doing that when a salesman is stuck to me trying to show me what I don’t want or care about. It’s like being stalked. Badcock in Lakeland has the best approach!! Cathy came over when we asked for her by name. Answered our questions then left us to talk and wander more. I bought a brand new couch today because I could relax and decide in my own time. Thank u for making me feel at home!!”

“I do air conditioning for a large company and we use Johnstone Supply daily. We order a lot of product from them of all price ranges. The manager Andy is great, and the counter guys Eric, Walter and Frank are second to none. The service is great and anything they don’t have in store they can typically get fairly quickly. They also have free ice cream which is always nice after working a hot and tiresome day. If you need anything for HVAC, you need to go to Johnstone.”

“Went to the South FL Ave store. Our Christmas tree died a week before Christmas. Took it back to the store and being so close to Christmas it was slim pickings for the size we had. Shannon who worked in customer service was very helpful and allowed us to pick any tree with a even swap out. I did not get the name of the gentleman who was working the tree section, but he was very nice and helpful too. We were there Sunday, December 17 @ 830am.”

“Kris (Samsung) , Sasha (Android), and Kyra (Best Buy mobile) were AMAZING TO ME TODAY. They were really well versed in the Samsung product I was interested in. They were SUPER patient and didn't make me feel like it was just another transaction. Sometimes electronic/mobile device purchases can feel like new auto purchases. That dealership process is grueling! It did not feel like that, though! Though lots of $ was spent, I don't feel like I just sold my right kidney, LOL. Just wanted to shout them out! To be fair, though, all of my experiences at this location have been awesome since my move to Lakeland in '23. Keep up the excellent customer service!!!!!!!! ?”
