“Christina at D’s Ace Hardware provided some of the best customer service I have experienced in a very long time.
Before coming to D’s Ace Hardware, I had purchased a Napoleon 32-inch Griddle three separate times from a major home improvement retailer, and all three arrived damaged due to freight and shipping issues. Even the manufacturer was unable to help directly, but they recommended I contact D’s Ace Hardware because they are an authorized Napoleon dealer.
I drove to the store and met Christina. I explained everything, including the repeated damage and frustration after three failed deliveries. Christina immediately went to work. She contacted the Napoleon representative, shared my story, and personally worked with them to make sure an undamaged griddle would be shipped.
Throughout the process, she kept me informed, communicated frequently, and always had such a joyful demeanor and truly customer focused attitude. In just five days, she arranged for the griddle to arrive specially packaged and protected for transport.
When I returned to the store, Christina already had the griddle prepared for inspection and pickup so we could make sure everything was perfect before I left.
This kind of service is very rare these days. Christina went far above and beyond, and because of her dedication, persistence, and genuine care for the customer, I will absolutely continue shopping at D’s Ace Hardware. She is a tremendous asset to the store and deserves recognition for the exceptional job she did.”

“Replaced 4 hydraulic hoses on my Class A Motorhome. James matched up my old hose and built me new ones. I paid $900 2 years ago when one busted, took ne a couple of hours but the 4 hoses were $250 and the few hours was worth it. YouTube it very simple, the service was fantastic as it took less than 15 minutes for me to wait as James made them. Will recommend this company for sure.”
“As a veteran I love the discount they give every day with no hassels. Lowe's is my go-to for almost all home improvement. Returns are pretty simple, with just the card you used or your phone number. But they've tightened up the no receipt returns, they just don't do them. I wish they would do better with their lumber. It's okay if you just need a few pieces but if I have to get a bunch, I go to the other box store. The quality is just better there.”

“I had a really good experience shopping at Lowe’s. The store was clean, organized, and easy to navigate, which made finding what I needed much faster. They have a great selection of home improvement materials, tools, and appliances, and the prices felt fair compared to other stores.
The staff was friendly and willing to help when I had questions, and I appreciated that they took the time to point me in the right direction. Checkout was smooth and quick as well.
