Need something they don't have? No one is better on referrals and redirect to save you time. It's a human exercise of something in society we need more of.”

“I bought a higher end bandit stump grinder from company wrench over in Lakeland a little over a year ago.I can't stay enough about the staff working there. Rick, Brittany, John, Mike, Tim, Craig and the list goes on. They always answer the phone and they do a good job of stocking parts that are required to keep a piece of equipment like that running. Any downtime has been minimal and you know that they're actually working on it and not giving you the runaround. They understand that you're trying to run a business and make sure to do their utmost when it comes to keeping you out there making money.You hear his horror stories of bad customer service with other companies in the area and that is just not the case here a company wrench. The manager Andy is great, and the counter guys Eric, Walter and Frank are second to none. The service is great and anything they don’t have in store they can typically get fairly quickly. They also have free ice cream which is always nice after working a hot and tiresome day. If you need anything for HVAC, you need to go to Johnstone.”

“Went to the South FL Ave store. Our Christmas tree died a week before Christmas. Took it back to the store and being so close to Christmas it was slim pickings for the size we had. Shannon who worked in customer service was very helpful and allowed us to pick any tree with a even swap out. I did not get the name of the gentleman who was working the tree section, but he was very nice and helpful too. We were there Sunday, December 17 @ 830am.”
