“Very clean store. Easy parking. We had our dog with us so my wife and I had to go in separately so the dog could be in the car safely. We were both greeted respectfully and kindly. We were shown multiple different mattresses. There was great patience while we came to a consensus. Delivery was able to be arranged the next day. All in all a very pleasing shopping experience.”

“My wife and I came to Kanes to buy a recliner. We were met at the door by Beto. He pointed out where the different recliners were, and allowed us to look around. He checked with us every once in a while to see if we had any questions, and told us to sit in every chair if we had to. There was no pressure at all. We did find a recliner that was comfortable and bought it. I highly recommend Kanes. Look up Beto, he is super.”

She intuitively looked at the floor colors, and she directed me to exactly what I needed to furnish my living room and dining room. When people walk in, they say, how in the world did you get the color scheme to match to well? My immediate answer is because of my unbelievably, wonderful ARLENE at Ashley furniture!!! She did not pressure me as she made suggestions, and she'd get halfway through putting it in as an order and I'd say, oh, i'm not sure, and she instinctively deleted that and started again! “Gerry is the best, a diamond in the rough for Lakeland decorators. I have worked with several decorators in this area, and Gerry has proven time and time again to be the most approachable as well as practical decorator I’ve ever worked with. She doesn’t force her opinions or ideas on the client, but rather works with you to develop what your taste and your interest are. I never felt intimidated by her nor felt like she was trying to upsell me on anything. I completely disagree with the review given by the individual regarding the wallpaper situation. I’ve been in Gerry’s studio many times, most professional interior decorators require an appointment, so to just walk in someone’s office and assume that they have time to sit down with you and can give you their full attention is silly. I can tell you she’s completely booked, yet even though her schedule is tight she will always make a way to get me in- you will always feel valued by her as a client. Gerry is as honest as they come and been in the business for a very long time. I just love her and could not imagine having anybody else help me on my building decor project. She’s a 5 star for sure!!”
