Easy checkout, they had the reservation and key ready. No upcharge or hidden fees. Didn't get the car I reserved but it was still within the same class of cars and that was great

Excellent. Thanks to the front desk staff for making the car rental experience easy. We rented from Budget 2x within in a month period as we had to travel out of state. We got the vehicles we requested both times and the rates were competitive. We will def use again in the future
