Probably the first time ever I didn't have a bad experience. The young lady that helped me was probably the nicest and most professional Hertz employee I've had. The vehicle was also good.

Fast service and the slender African American lady that works there is amazing! (I didn't catch her name) She helped me out big-time! Customer oriented and she's big on helping people! Def a better rate in Lakeland than winter haven.. winter haven they charge you heavy for renting a car in Cypress.
