“Helped out in a pinch! We had an adventure, but finally got there with less than a hour to spare. The two professional young ladies got us taken care of and had freshly washed the car. We had a sedan until we bought our new car later that week. It really helped out that they also made the drop-off process so seamless. Will DEFINITELY use them again when we need it!! “I am happy I didn't go based on their reviews when I needed to rent a car. Why does this place have such bad reviews?I usually don't post any reviews, but this place was wonderful. The staff was very kind and helpful. They helped us right away and gave us the exact car we rented online even though the place was packed with customers the day we arrived and most of the cars were rented out. The man at the front desk was very friendly, helpful and with a smile on his face, trying to help everyone even though the place was very busy. Renting and returning the car was a breeze and the car we used was great. Thank you very much for such a wonderful experience!”
