“JC is an exceptional representative at the Budget/Avis service counter. He was friendly, professional, and very considerate throughout my experience. I accidentally flew into Lakeland (LAL), and he immediately stepped in to assist me with my car rental needs. Unfortunately, due to the location, no rentals were available at that time.
Despite that, JC went above and beyond. He periodically checked on me during the long wait for my pickup driver and even asked if I needed anything while I waited. He was extremely informative, helpful, and took the time to share useful information about Lakeland and the surrounding area.
His kindness, attentiveness, and genuine care for customers truly stood out. Budget/Avis is lucky to have someone like JC representing their company”

“My first time using Hertz. I had a very had time getting a car from another company that I had a reservation with when I went to pick up a car. So I went to Hertz as a walk in at the last minute. They were so friendly and helpful. The process was so quick and I got an sub that was wonderful. I enjoyed the car for a week and returning it was just as fast and easy as the pick up. And it was less expensive then the company I made a reservation with. I highly recommend Hertz. Great service too.”
“Easy checkout, they had the reservation and key ready. No upcharge or hidden fees. Didn't get the car I reserved but it was still within the same class of cars and that was great”

“Nice convenient center for all the rental car areas to be located. There is road construction on the way so it takes a little longer but not the fault of the rental center.”
