“The Lakeland Enterprise branch, especially Patience, went above and beyond when the Plant City branch did not have a vehicle to fill my reservation. Patience stepped in and put us in a brand new vehicle and we were on our way (two hours late due to the Plant City branch calling to let me know at 11am that there was no vehicle for me to pick up at my 12pm reservation time, nor did they truly attempt to find a replacement vehicle at a different branch). We called the Lakeland branch and Patience said she would hold a vehicle for us and indeed she did. (Enterprise would not honor the amount of my original reservation and I had to pay a substantial amount more for the vehicle at the Lakeland branch which I am still waiting for corporate to make good on this) If I ever rent another vehicle from Enterprise I will go to the Lakeland branch on E. Memorial and ask for Patience.”

“Marissa needs to be noticed from the higher ups. Just booked a weekend car but had to deal with 2 other companies that cancelled my booking. Called Hertz last minute & what a pleasant lady!
