“This is a great location. Very clean and organized. Unlike the previous location I used to shop at. Customer service was great also. The cashier was very friendly and the floor supervisors were attentive and friendly.”
“Bealls has become one of my favorite places to shop for men’s dress clothes. Their selection is always solid — great brands, sharp styles, and everything is easy to find. What really sets them apart is the pricing. You can walk in and put together a full outfit without feeling like you’re getting hit over the head. Quality clothes at prices that actually make sense.
The store is clean, organized, and the staff is friendly without being pushy. Whether I need something for work, an event, or just want to upgrade the closet a bit, Bealls never disappoints. Lakeland is lucky to have a store that makes looking good this easy.

“I absolutely love this store. I'm 51 yrs old & hadn't ever shopped at TJ Maxx. Nope, never. The ONLY thing I guess I'd have a complaint with is the way the flow moves during checkout. But it isn't the worst, so it isn't worth the complaint. ?
It's always clean when I go in. I've been in several times at different times of the day. It's always very busy too. Never really see many employees out on the floor. But that's OK too. It just irritates me when some stores have people that can't seem to leave you be and let you spend your money lol
They have a wide variety of cool clothes even for us older folks and things for the home. I'm addicted now lol”
“Found the store clean, well organized and staffed. We went in late Friday, and Jessica in menswear was phenomenal. She helped us find interview clothing for Monday! So knowledgeable in coordinating, for the right look! She was so kind and helpful throughout the process. We will definitely return to this Dillard's!”

“Always have a big selection of specialty foods and a nice selection of quality candles at a good price. You can find gifts at a reasonable price. They also have tons of boxes for packaging gifts or at least they did during Christmas. Furniture is too pricey though. Not a very good selection of comforters. They lost a star for being to expensive on big ticket items.”
“On my last purchase, I chose to do sidewalk pick up, and I can get used to it, but I still enjoy browsing the store. Employees are always helpful and store nice and clean.”

“I went to this location 2 days in a row and on both days I got the same cashier she was friendly talkative but moved fast. Good to see a young person genuinely care about customer service and she did because of her we will go back. Good customer service are the places I will shop at.”

“To be completely transparent, I'm referring to JC Penney online, as I've simply never been to one. But I recently ordered my fiancé their wedding ring via jcpenney.com. it said it would arrive valentines day, however to my suprise it arrived on the 13th. Our wedding is on the 25th of this month. It came safely. It looks amazing and the writing on the inside was awesome and vivid. The case seems solid and well made. ? I'm a future customer as long as I can be. Thank you, thank you.”

“This Ross is the better one out of the two in Lakeland. Lots of stuff to pick from and you can find really good deals. I don't suggest going within an hour of closing because they close down the fitting rooms and bathroom early.”
“The mdse I was looking for I found, and was on sale. (Great). While looking in the purse section I found one I liked for a gift for my grand daughter. I ask for help, waited about 10 minutes after being told someone would come over. Decided to go ahead and check out. Definitely was not busy, and the lady that told me she would get someone, was chatting and laughing with a couple of cashers. After paying for my purchases I told her I changed my mind since she wasn't interested in a sale. Too late, she was sorry she had forgot. The front was definitely Not Busy. I was very disappointed to say the least. I've always enjoyed shopping at Burlingtons. The purse I was inquiring about was a name brand, locked up. I finally gave up on the wait and checked out.”
