She is always happy to see Jackie upon arrival and is perfectly coifed from head to toe when we pick her up. Jackie is very reasonably priced and it is obvious that she has a love for pets with the gentle care she gives. Plus she is always friendly to her human clientele and that means a lot, too! Jackie definitely deserves a 5 Star rating!

Another groomer said my dog was uncooperative but with Chris’s help realized she had a fear of heights and just needed a little tic. She takes time, listens and gives advice if needed. My dog was very agitated with an ear infection. There were wonderful. They explained the issues, the treatment, and the associated costs. On the follow up visit they took my dog to the back office (he is very protective of me). I heard them talking so sweetly to him. It was absolutely genuine, they were talking to him like he was their own pet. It made me feel wonderful. Would 100% recommend them and will continue to use them as my primary vet.

Dr. Carrier took his time, explained everything clearly, and showed true empathy—not just professionalism. He never rushed us, never made us feel like “just another appointment,” and handled everything with so much care and dignity. The staff supported us every step of the way and made an incredibly painful experience just a little more bearable.
We have been to multiple vets over the years, and this clinic stands out above the rest. The compassion, respect, and love they show for both pets and owners is something special. I have taken my dogs here for training over the years, but last night was my husband's first time at an obedience class. He was nervous at first but was quickly put at ease. The staff were kind, patient, and supportive to him and our (hyper) dog. We are excited for next week!

When we got there he went right to her and seemed to know her already. Our guy is quite a handful but Jenifer said he was great. I am so happy to find a wonderful place like this and to have such a loving and caring person for our buddy when he go out of town. She is VERY reasonable in price and I know our buddy was well taken care of. We will definitely be taking him him there if when go out of town again!!!! Thank you so much Jenifer!!

On the downside, the potatoes were burnt and didn’t have any seasoning, and the grits were bland, which took away from the overall meal. With a little more attention to seasoning and preparation, the food could be much better.
I decided to rate it a 4 instead of a 3 because the customer service was fast, friendly, and very attentive. The staff made me feel welcome, and that helped balance out some of the issues with the food. With a few small tweaks in the kitchen, this place has the potential to improve a lot.
