3012 James L Redman Pkwy, Plant CityI had never used Berrypatch Veterinary Office before, but I brought my sweet baby, Lilo, there under very difficult circumstances to be humanely euthanized due to her advanced age and serious health conditions.
From the very first phone call, the staff demonstrated exceptional compassion. The young lady who answered the phone was patient, kind, and thorough in answering my questions and helping me schedule the appointment. That initial interaction immediately provided a sense of comfort during an emotional time.
Upon arriving at the clinic, the entire staff was incredibly kind, respectful, and sympathetic to the reason for my visit. Throughout the entire process, they checked in on me regularly, ensured I understood every step, and made certain I did not need anything. Their professionalism and empathy far exceeded my expectations.
What truly stood out was the level of care shown even after the appointment. I was deeply touched to receive a sympathy card signed by the staff, each message expressing kindness and care for Lilo. They also took the time to make paw print impressions for me to keep as a lasting memory of her, which meant more to me than words can express.
I am sincerely grateful to the entire team at Berrypatch Animal Clinic for guiding me through such a difficult moment with dignity, compassion, and respect. I highly recommend this veterinary office, and when I am ready to welcome another pet into my life, I will absolutely return. Thank you for your outstanding care and exceptional customer service.

Who offers verbal advice and support immediately… who stops what he is doing to help… this is the Dr you want for your beloved pets. Dr. Bailey might not be the cheapest in town but ? the best. He saved my poodle’s life. He didn’t have to spend his Sunday saving my animal but he DID! I am thankful and grateful for Dr Bailey & his service!

Their approach is patient, consistent, and full of positive reinforcement—our dogs absolutely LOVE them! We have found the immersion Board and Train program to be worth every cent/minute. Lessons are well-structured and tailored for our dogs’ individual personalities, and we’ve seen such lasting results both times. The training videos of our dogs they send to us help us to be better pet owners!

3410 W Baker St, Plant CityI must say this was the best breakfast I have had all year, outside of my own kitchen. Anna's is now my go to spot for breakfast. The prices were fair, customer service was awesome, and the food would satisfy the toughest critic. I enjoyed the pork chop breakfast. It was tender, well seasoned and a portion big enough for two. My Beau enjoyed the meatless breakfast with a pancake. Don't forget to order the sweet tea. You can tell that the staff really enjoy serving everyone who walks through the door. The entire wait staff was truly lovely. Anna's clearly has a formula Good food+ Happy Staff= Return Customers. Keep up the good work ❤️

The cranberry puff pastry was absolutely amazing — perfectly fresh, flaky, and full of flavor. Their cappuccino was just as good and made perfectly. Putting them in the air fryer and adding salt made them better. Also standing outside waiting for my order wasn’t very fun with a toddler. But if you are looking for amazing fried chicken I would say 100% try it out.
