3012 James L Redman Pkwy, Plant CityI had never used Berrypatch Veterinary Office before, but I brought my sweet baby, Lilo, there under very difficult circumstances to be humanely euthanized due to her advanced age and serious health conditions.
From the very first phone call, the staff demonstrated exceptional compassion. The young lady who answered the phone was patient, kind, and thorough in answering my questions and helping me schedule the appointment. That initial interaction immediately provided a sense of comfort during an emotional time.
Upon arriving at the clinic, the entire staff was incredibly kind, respectful, and sympathetic to the reason for my visit. Throughout the entire process, they checked in on me regularly, ensured I understood every step, and made certain I did not need anything. Their professionalism and empathy far exceeded my expectations.
What truly stood out was the level of care shown even after the appointment. I was deeply touched to receive a sympathy card signed by the staff, each message expressing kindness and care for Lilo. They also took the time to make paw print impressions for me to keep as a lasting memory of her, which meant more to me than words can express.
I am sincerely grateful to the entire team at Berrypatch Animal Clinic for guiding me through such a difficult moment with dignity, compassion, and respect. I highly recommend this veterinary office, and when I am ready to welcome another pet into my life, I will absolutely return. Thank you for your outstanding care and exceptional customer service.

Lessons are well-structured and tailored for our dogs’ individual personalities, and we’ve seen such lasting results both times. The training videos of our dogs they send to us help us to be better pet owners!

The Beria tacos really surprised me- not greasy, tender, extremely cheesy. Everything tasted very fresh as it was made to order. The staff was friendly even the staff in the back if they didn’t speak they smiled and were welcoming.
I ordered a very large order too and was skeptical if they would forget anything but they got everything down to a T.
My only suggestion is layer your corn elote cups or shake them up and have all seasoning mixed in through out.

Took my family to eat for my father's birthday and Johnson's Barbeque is a local institution, known for its mouth-watering barbecue and family-friendly atmosphere. I recently visited Johnson's Barbeque, and the experience was absolutely fantastic. The restaurant is warm and inviting, and the staff was friendly and attentive. Alexis T provided excellent service, and the food, specifically the ribs, brisket, and tacos, was phenomenal.

The service provided by Alexis T was absolutely exceptional. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by a friendly smile and a warm welcome. Throughout the meal, she was attentive and professional, yet never intrusive. She was knowledgeable about the menu and able to make great recommendations. She was also very accommodating, making sure that my needs were met and that my table was always cleared and clean. Her positive attitude and genuine care for the customers' experience really made the entire dinner special.
