I was sad to leave my dog however upon my return he was not ready to go as he had so much fun and learned something new. Every time we brush his hair at home he sits down and gives us his paw. So crazy that he remembered what he needed to do. Again amazing customer service and experience for us all.

Plummer’s Restaurant has been around for decades. When they left the plaza they were originally in, I thought they were gone for good. Turns out they’re now located inside Don Jose Mexican Restaurant off Parsons Road. During the day, it’s Plummer’s serving breakfast and lunch, and at night it becomes a Mexican restaurant, sharing the same space.
I had the blueberry pancakes and the Country Boy Skillet, and the food was just as good as I remembered. The service was amazing, the food was high quality, and everything tasted just like it always has. Same great food, same friendly atmosphere, and definitely worth the visit.
