“We had 10 minutes to shop because we made it right before closing. We were able to get in and out with three minutes to spare. Its nice when they make everything easy to find and exactly where the signs say it should be.”
“Nice clean grocery store. Its set up different than most other Publix stores. I like that they have a seating area for eating. They have a good selection of items. Very good service. Publix in general is somewhat more expensive than any other grocery store but it is big & beautiful.”

We often travel & when in need of fuel, we look for the local Sam's Club.Their price is almost always much lower than most surrounding stations as was the reason for our visit while driving home in our RV.My biggest complaint has been how some of the Sam's handle the long lines & difficulty of accessing the pump.THIS Sam's has the easiest access!”
“Super nice experience! I went there to pick up my mother-in-law‘s prescription. It was a narcotic, so I had to show my ID for verification. The gentleman behind the counter was very helpful and quick to assist with questions. If you’re looking for a local pharmacy, this might be a great option compared to the big box stores.”

Not rude, they stay in contact with you, knowledgeable and customer service is on point. Thank you for understanding my illness and keeping me on track so it won’t cause a flare up as Walmart didn’t care and I was almost was in the hospital. Walmart made me feel like a drug addict and I’m 5 mess for my chronic pain and relapsing multiple sclerosis along with my seizures. Publix understood and has empathy and stated they will make sure I stay on track when I forget due to going through a relax. So thank you again! Many blessings….”

We love Sam's and their prices and their gas prices too. If you don't like it no one is forcing you to shop here or buy a membership.”

I wanted to extend my deepest gratitude to you all. This past Sunday, I found myself in a bit of a bind when my prescription ran out. With just 20 minutes left before closing, I called the pharmacy, worried that I wouldn’t be able to get my medication in time.
Five minutes before the store closed, I called again while still on my way from the north side, feeling anxious that I wouldn’t make it. To my great relief, you assured me that you would wait. “I came in as a new customer to the pharmacy because the CVS next door is horrible, a girl helped me get my insurance straightened out it was all jacked up and she was so nice and understanding when I was getting frustrated by the whole thing, she was great and seemed like she actually cared I believe her name was Tori and she needs a raise for her customer service”

“I was a member years ago when Sam's Club was for businesses first then individual shoppers. We belonged to another club but Sam's Club made an offer for joining we could not refuse. When we went there we were presently surprised. They were huge and had everything you could want. One negative comment though. We are an older couple and there were so many good things to buy that we wanted but we didn't buy them. One had to buy a huge amount in every package. We won't be alive before we finish it. Make the packages smaller and we'll buy more. Only negative comment.”

After being told from Fed Ex cashier that he couldn’t scan my printed paperwork to mail package….i asked him if i could print one…was told No…he then told me to find a full service counter who could do it …then pointed me to the front of the store to buy an envelope! At the checkout Joseph said he could walk me thru how to print in photo dept & then ship. He was so kind & deserves to be recognized!”

Valerie was amazing last weekend when Southgate didn’t have an item prescribed, she found it at a different pharmacy. She called me personally to get the information I needed. I’m very grateful for the Southgate Publix pharmacy, they go the extra mile for their customers.”
“I love going here he knows me by site. And if I need my medicines delivered as long as I let him know that day they'll have it on the list for delivery the next morning. Half the time they will remind me about my refills if I have issues with my medicines they usually deal with the insurance and the doctor for me. They're always in a good mood always very friendly and I like that it's a small store because you get in you get out you don't have all the other things trying to you know draw your attention to buy it even though their prices are very reasonable. They do carry a lot of things that I don't see in other stores as well”
“I went in today after having checked with several pharmacies, to see if they carried a special medication I was given a prescription for for my elderly dog. Although they did not have it in stock, a female pharmacist (I should have remembered her name) took the time to contact about 5 other pharmacies and found it for me. I had been trying for two days and am so very thankful for her help. She went out of her way for me and I can imagine from my experience that they treat their customers with excellent service and kindness. Thank you so much!! Bitty thanks you too!”
