“A Truly Remarkable Restoration - Thank You, Mr. McFarland!!
I can’t thank Mr. McFarland enough for the incredible job he did restoring my beloved Lucchese boots. These boots have been with me for years, and I was hesitant about trusting anyone with their repair. But after hearing so many positive things about America’s Cobbler, I knew Mr. McFarland was the right person for the job.
The attention to detail and craftsmanship he demonstrated went far beyond my expectations. My boots look brand new, yet they still have that worn-in character I’ve grown to love. He treated them with the utmost care, and his passion for his work is evident in every stitch and polish. The service was exceptional from start to finish, and the turnaround time was impressive.
It’s rare to find someone who puts this much dedication into their craft, and I’m truly grateful. If you need any kind of restoration for your boots or shoes, I highly recommend Mr. McFarland. He’s NOT just a cobbler – he’s an artist!

He was very helpful and even suggested to take my number down and called me back when the shoe was in stock! “To me this is more of an urban shoe store. They usually have the latest shoe that comes out and a large range of other popular shoes you may be interested in. Their cloths are pretty nice and the employess are friendly. They also play the latest hip hop or rap music in the store and they don't mind if you buss a move lol. Its a pretty good place to shop.”
“Bought my daughter some Jordan 4 today. Super happy. Did I pay more than I could have gotten them online? Absolutely and I'm going to keep paying more for purchasing them in a store rather than online and here's why...1) I can inspect the shoe I am considering to purchase for not only quality but most importantly for its authenticity. I know my purchase is real and not a fake. I've watch many YouTubes where you all are buying fakes online and then fighting forever at an attempt to get your money back or not at all. If a real store attempted to sell fakes as real, they would be walked off the premises in handcuffs. Promise.2) My daughter gets to try on the shoe in store so I'm certain the shoe fits.3) We get the shoes immediately rather than having to track the package for weeks, hoping no delays in transit, item isn't on back order and then hoping no one steals them off our front porch once delivered.You all are forgetting that having a store will have higher Markups than online because they have to pay rent, maintain insurance, pay employees, etc.To the lady that complain about the return policy that "no one explained the policy to her", my response to her is that's a lie. This stores return policy is clearly posted for all to read in the store and its all sales are final... Guess what Nicole, they are not in the business of renting you shoes for your date or night out so you can look bougie.As far as the music choices, I was a bit surprised by the lyrics of the song in a retail environment but quickly got over it cause it's not like any of us are nuns.As far as the customer service, I didn't have any issues with not having my questions answered or assistance with being able to try on shoes. I don't treat sales professionals as the hired help.Finally, the selection this store has differs greatly than the other shoes stores in this mall. Let's face it, this store has the shoes everyone wants and the other stores don't have in stock.Personally, I hate buying anything on line, because when I do, rarely am I ever pleased with the results.I will be back to this store!”
