The guys were slammed with work so they pointed me to the water and let me cool my car down. While I was there I was impressed by the way they treated their customers. Fast kind and courteous! They are like dealing with a family member!”

“Been a customer at this location for about 3yrs. From purchasing tires from them to purchasing wheels online and having them install those for me or simply just fixing a flat and rotating tires. One thing they wont do is install used tires for. Lol…
However hands down great customer service polite easy to talk to and will work with you as long as you’re conducting yourself like you have some sense and treat them with the same respect you’ll like in return. Been there twice this month alone though I had a flat in my car, went in to get it repaired after taking their time inspecting the wheel they informed me there was nothing wrong with my tire and where I might be having an issue could be my valve stem replaced it for me and sent me on my way, and have not had any issues with my tire this passed week meaning they solved my issue without trying to pull a fast one on me, ripping me off. Today took my wife’s car to repair a flat and rotated the tires again a great experience, even took the time to reset my low pressure sensor and no on my accord it doesn’t shut off on it’s own you have to do it manually. This has just been my last two visits again been going there for about 3yrs, the tire tech that used to work on my car back in the day is now working in the front desk that says a lot…

“I've now bought eight tires from here. I Have had no problems at all. They were fairly quick with competitive prices. I advise to call ahead to make sure they have your tires in stock, if not they can order them. Usually takes a day or two.”
“While inspecting our RV tires for our upcoming trip "out west" I discovered one of our steer tires was starting to "check" on the sidewalls. When I called our RV service shop, the highly recommended Boulevard Tire. Cindy (at the front desk) knows tires like very few I've ever met. In short order, the guys had them installed. Reminds me of what customer service used to be. No fancy building or amenities, just nice, knowledgeable, staff doing their best to get you safely back on the road.”
“Got me in day of to align my Class A RV tires. I had them installed at the McGee in Tampa but that facility didn’t have the equipment to do the alignment so the two offices worked together to get me in quickly. Great service. Reasonable prices. They do quotes over the phone too so that was nice. Quotes over the phone were exactly what was charged when they were done too.”

But since we are there it might also be smart to replace this, it's only y more. Since they are already taking that part out to get to the other item. I trust this shop with all of my vehicles(6).

“Pep boys mounted and balanced my new tires, they also performed an alignment on my 4wd Toyota Tundra.
The service technician did an amazing job and went above and beyond to ensure the job was done correctly. My Tundra now rides as smooth as glass!!! Better than it was when i purchased the vehicle.
The staff was informative and respectful at Pep Boys, making sure that i fully understood everything, the price was better than most for this quality of work, the whole experience was superb!!
I look forward to coming back for my next set of tires or other automotive needs.

“My son and I were stranded on the side of the road after a blowout. Our spare was already flat in the trunk from a previous flat and we were definitely in a spot. I did a google search and found Kathleen Tire and took a chance. What a great establishment!! I had called and said that we were walking and would get there as quickly as we could. Before we knew it a pickup pulled up and asked us if we needed a ride....It was one of the owners of the tire shop. We climbed in and headed to the shop. In less than 20 minutes we were back on the road and feeling blessed for meeting such wonderful people. It is a local family business that serves the community with integrity and decency. I was simply amazed. People helping people!!

I needed new tires, and my dad recommended Discount Tire. I went online to set up an appointment and order my tires—it was super quick and easy to navigate the website, and I even had the option to finance. When I arrived at the store, I was early for my appointment, but they got me in right away and finished before my scheduled time even started!
The team was fast, efficient, and took the time to explain the entire process to me. Huge thanks to DJ, Justin, Andrey, Carter, and the rest of the crew—they were all incredibly friendly and provided detailed information. Plus, the store was spotless, well-organized, and had a welcoming atmosphere.

“Took my 2008 Monaco Knight 38 PDQ to Callaghan Tire to have the steering tires replaced.
I already had talked to Dicky in the front office over the phone about cost and found the price acceptable.
Arrived at Callaghan at about 8:15 in the morning. Was met by Dave before ever leaving the bus and directed to the maintenance bay. I had bought my tires online and had them in the coach.
Dave and his crew got the tires out of the coach and went right to work. The wife and I went to breakfast.
Returned about 9:30 and the coach was ready to go. The bill was exactly what was quoted to me.
Everyone in this tire shop was over the top professional and pleasant to deal with.
I recommend you give them a try.
