Penske Truck Rental
1700 Kathleen Road, Lakeland FL 33805
“LET ME BE CLEAR ! LAKELAND LOCATION IS RECEIVING THIS REVIEW ….NOT TAMPA ! Fantastic customer service! Picked up a truck in Tampa. Started east on I-4. Had great difficulty with steering control of it. Stopped in Lakeland where they seamlessly and without any delay…. Swapped out the problematic truck. In this current economy of awful to no customer service…. This location was the complete opposite. Awesome to finally have a highly positive experience! HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION!!!”

“Gotta give a HUGE SHOUTOUT to Angel, Melody, Rodney and Brandon from the north Lakeland location!!! They all took great care of me when I went in asking a bunch of questions!!! Angel was so pleasant and informative ??. Melody and Rodney both offered assistance as well and were very helpful?♥️?. Brandon was able to secure an appointment over the phone with very kind customer service and a drive to get things done. Overall, I had a great experience and this is why UHAUL is always my default choice for storage/moving needs. Great work to them all and I’m so grateful I went to that location??????❣️God is AMAZING☝?????❣️❣️❣️”

United Rentals
2235 E Edgewood Dr, Lakeland FL 33803
“I have rented from this location multiple times. Every time has been a good experience. I rented a lift in January, they did not have it at their location so they upgraded me to the next size up lift for free. I recently rented a lift and dealt with Josh Cruz. He went above and beyond! He helped out the delivery since it was so close to their location. He also helped out with the issue I had when we were not able to get the lift into the building, slight miscalculation on my part. I handled everything professionally and in a timely manner! I appreciate being treated the same way I treat my clients with my business! I recommend this location for all of your rental needs, ask for Josh!”
