“The whole team is amazing! I just moved to Jax from ny (may ‘25) and had trouble finding a reputable staff that specializes in Lexus- Toyota products. From the customer service to the thorough inspection the team is there to make sure your car stays on the road . Big thanks to the Jeffs and Thomas . I had got the wrong brake parts for my Lexus and they called the shop I got them from and swapped them out for my safety! If that’s not good customer service then I don’t know what is! “You wouldn't believe how complicated changing a 2017 ,Huyundai turn signal bulb could get, but I experienced it. Schutter figured out the problem and ordered a part replacement, and solved my problem. Now I won't get honked at for my blinker not working. I had already tried adding blinker fluid without success. Schutter can't be beat.”
“I took my Jeep in Mavis for a front end alignment. The service far exceeded my expectations. There was a short wait as they were finishing up aligning another vehicle. I was a walk in without an appointment. The Manager took care of the paperwork and quoted me a very reasonable estimate of price. They put my Jeep on the rack and backed it off in only a few minuets. I thought since it had a lift kit they were going to tell me they couldn’t perform the alignment. They told me the alignment was good and did not need adjustment. There would be no charge. So happy I went to Mavis on Blanding Orange Pafk. Great people great service. Take your car or truck to Mavis Tire.”

The manager was very thorough, explaining everything clearly so I could easily understand what was going on with my car. I left feeling completely satisfied with the service I received. “This is my second time at Mazda City and both times I was greeted by Darren. He is friendly, attentive and treats you as if he has known you for years. His level of customer service goes way beyond what I can expect from a business like this one after having had other not so good experiences at other places, and you can't put a price on that. I only got simple services done like oil change and tire rotation, but when the time comes to have more serious advice and service on my wife's CX50 I will definitely be returning to see Darren at Mazda City. ...for the genuine attention, I thank you!”

Come To Find Out Its Not That , They Even Still Tried The New Sensor And It Still Didn’t Fixed The Problem . They Definitely Went Above And Beyond To Get It Taken Care Of . Even made a box with bedding for me to take them to find another home. Did it for free. Had other shops in the area refused to do it. This was the only one that said yes and did it for free.”

They respected our home and cleaned up completely and when the job was done we did a walkthrough together to insure I was satisfied with the job. I would use Lee and Cates again.”
