“Great products at a great price. I gave 4 stars because I bought 3 items and had to return 2. One item was not what I asked for. I showed a photo of what I have already installed and was told what they were giving me was what I needed. It was not even compatible with what I had. I also requested 90 degree hinges for framed cabinets. They sold me 10 Blum hinges. They were not 90 degree. What I actually needed was not the hinges but the restricting clip. If you know exactly what you need Imecca has great products at a great price.”
“Needed a couple of gallons of paint. Rob helped me out and did a color match on a sample i brought in. The match was absolutely perfect! No need to go to the big box stores support your local Ace, good products with good people.”
“Was able to get in and out quickly, and was assisted with my request for a key copy right away. When I had a problem with the new key that wouldn't work in the lock, they took a long look, remade it twice more, and gave me the one they felt was the best match. That one worked! No extra charge.”
“Pretty easy rental..tools were clean..in great shape..and worked well..exceeded my expectations..the cement saw..battery powered hitachi..was a beast..had to charge batteries twice..but was a decent length cut..it chewed thru the cement like a hot knife thru butter..the hilti jackhammer/breaker..did a great job too..would rent again..only reason didn't give 5 stars was took a long time to get checked out..”

“Staff was friendly and helpful. I purchased a few not so common hand tools that may not be the best quality but for the price they are worth it. Store was well organized and clean. I saw 5 employees and they all we’re working. They weren’t standing around, hiding or texting on their cell phones.”

“This company was literally right next to my residents. I was looking for a certain sized screw to be able to reach the depth in my wall. Anyway they are basically remodeling the inside to be basically all online or atleast most of the features. I noticed these metal plastic drawer sets that are 2 by 6 with 12 small shelves that where empty. I asked if they where selling them cause I could use them for my business of my online 2ndnhand good store, and in the end they gifted them to me and saidni could retrieve the rest. I've just been so in my business that I haven't had time to go grab them. I hope they still have them cause tomorrow im finally available andnim going to try andngrab the rest. Great service. Will recommend!”

They let me talk in general and be my happy self, then helped me find a couple of products, and let me fill-up my cart with various products afterwards. 2 other cool employees floated by with more good energy. Excellent teamwork. I will return to say hello to them, enjoy their company, and buy some more products again.

“Came in for a battery for my brothers key fob. It was hard to get it open. Thomas called for help. Gordon came he was unable to get it open inside. We will Google it. And then they still couldn’t get it opened. Both of them tried he . And they tried several things and all this time they were very calm so nice and finally It worked.After they opened it and put the battery in they said come on let’s go outside Thomas said and make sure it works.Honestly BEST experience I’ve ever had in the store they have the BEST customer service have any store I have ever been in.
