We're fairly new in the area and have needed assistance becoming familiar with and repair the draperies within the condo we purchased. “The designer who came to my home to help me select curtains and measure was excellent. Would definitely ask for her help in future. The curtains are beautiful, exactly what I hoped for. The in-office staff was below average, pretty distracted and mostly talking among themselves instead of helping customers. The installer was very good, though had to come back a second time as staff ordered wrong brackets. He then left an extra curtain ring on the rod in the middle of curtains so curtains would not close fully, got caught on bracket, but my son was able to cut it off so now it works and they open and close fully. The curtains look really nice.”

So we returned to shop for a couch and Kathleen was available. She listened to what our requirements were and showed us several alternatives selections. “We had a wonderful experience with Bee ridge lighting! From the first appointment I had with Laura, I knew we'd be a great fit! I had gone into the showroom before the ordering process started to take a look and see what they had. I didn't realize until after our first one on one meeting that they are able to outsource and order outside of what you see in their showroom. That really put me as ease and I was excited to have such a variety of choices. We had multiple meetings before placing the order for our new home and every time I came in with an idea or something I found online- Laura was able to make it happen! I found it a little difficult to figure out where to start since we worked with Bee ridge lighting for our whole home (interior & exterior) but Laura's knowledge and ability to understand my vision really helped me and once a few big things were chosen, we developed a nice work flow to have everything come together perfectly. Laura went above and beyond & came to our home on the first day of install to make sure everything looked great. Install went perfectly. The whole team was clean, professional, and did a great job.
