“I just left the Verizon store on State Rd 70 in Bradenton. I haven't even left the store yet. I'm sitting in my car and I have to leave this review. Kenton and Taylor were absolutely incredible. Not only were they so helpful and friendly but they really know their job. They are both so knowledgeable. You can tell they have integrity when it comes to their job. I've been a customer Verizon for about 25 years and I've never been so happy leaving a store. Thank you, Kenton and Taylor you both are amazing. Keep up the hard work. “This is the only metro store that we go to and we live up on university Pkwy. The reason is very simple. The customer service is impeccable, Luke is the best employee that metro/T-Mobile has. And I travel a lot and I have had terrible experiences at every other places throughout the country. Luke is prompt, polite, respectful and is an excellent problem solver. “Samantha really is amazing especially since a man came in to pay his bill walked out no problem and the girl with him got out the car came in with his receipt and asked the manager for 36 cents which she replied would come as a credit on the account and the lady just stood there and waited then got on her phone talking crap and the manager kindly told her if she didn’t like the metro store she’s in she’s always welcome to go to another like Samantha is better then me and was extremely professional about the situation. Like how you come in the store asking for change that wasn’t even yours and then get upset with the answer because you didn’t like it. Get a job and a life and don’t go back to the metro store if you only go to try and make issues. Again Samantha is amazing and really handles situations the best and always takes care of me and my family anytime we have a problem or situation because she knows her stuff unlike that lady who clearly hates her life lol..”
