Priced a little higher, however, the quality and time saved in going through merchandise worth it! They buy clothes!!! “I spent all day shopping at Macy’s, American Eagle, Charlotte Russe, and Ross looking for shorts. Normally I’m a size 10-12. In all the other stores not only did they not have what I was looking for but I had to size up atleast 6 sizes to find what I was looking for. I came to Old Navy and in less than 15 minutes found shorts my size. Not only was their sizing accurate and curve friendly but their pricing was beyond cheap in the best way possible. Thank you for making a terrible day better, and for easing my mind when other stores made me feel like an oversized walrus.”
“My sister loves these stores. I personally only go for the pro-wrestling tees (which this store had a lot of which I hadn't seen recently at other locations), but I love seeing how happy and at ease she is in these stores. This store in particular though was very large and open. The staff, very friendly, which I have to yet to encounter a rude employee at any Hot Topic location. However, this crew went above and beyond. There was an error with pricing, an item was marked clearance and wasn't supposed to be, but the girl at the register (wish I caught her name) honored the clearance price. Lots of clearance items at this store which I also hadn't seen recently at other locations. While the prices are a little pricey, the price is so worth the smile on my sister's face and the items are of high quality so double worth it.”

“My husband and I returned some items here from Amazon. The lady who scanned our items in, accidentally double scanned one of the items and she said she’d cancel one of them, and I also accidentally gave her the wrong QR code. She didn’t cancel it and placed the wrong label on the item and therefore we had an issue on our Amazon account. We called and the supervisor Trey (maybe it’s Tray or Tre lol) not sure how it’s spelled, volunteered to open up boxes to find the item and redo the return with the right label. This is an example of going above and beyond in customer service! Thank you Trey (I hope that’s how you spell your name). Because of you - I opted to give this location a 5 star rating. ?”

“The ladies who work here are so sweet and welcoming! They always ask you how your day is as you are browsing the store, and they are fast and efficient at checkout! Never the wrap around line. This store is also very clean and not junky like I have seen some outlets in the past. And they have the best reward program around… it seems like every time I shop here I get another $5 reward! A lot of retail stores don’t offer deals unless you sign up for a credit card but that’s not the case here. Just a great, clean and affordable store overall..10/10!!!”
