“I had a great experience with the employee who actually helped me today! 😊 I am a mom of 2 and shopping can sometimes be difficult. I walked up to the shoe area and as soon as I did SISA asked if I needed help. I was undecided on the shoe I wanted so I literally tried on about 4 and she was very helpful on getting them all for me. On top of that she was also helping a friend of mine who was with me and then helped like 2 other people. After a little a line started to form and no one went up to help so she said she would be right back. She checked out about 3 people before she came back to help me. She did all of this on her own while the rest of the employees just stood around doing nothing. I hate to see that a store filled with about 4/5 employees only had 1 actually giving her all to help customers! I am glad that all though she was running back and forth because she seemed to have been the only one working, she did it all with a smile on her face and a great attitude towards her customers. Thank you so much for your help SISA! 😊”

“Melissa the manager was very nice and helpful so was Ava at the registers- very sweet. Fairly good selection of clothes, GREAT deals currently 👌🏻 👍🏻 biggest put off was the fitting rooms; they weren't cleaned out in between customers. Clothes and hangers from previous customers still in the fitting rooms on benches and floor. Also minimal area to hang items when trying things on.”

“My husband and I returned some items here from Amazon. The lady who scanned our items in, accidentally double scanned one of the items and she said she’d cancel one of them, and I also accidentally gave her the wrong QR code. She didn’t cancel it and placed the wrong label on the item and therefore we had an issue on our Amazon account. We called and the supervisor Trey (maybe it’s Tray or Tre lol) not sure how it’s spelled, volunteered to open up boxes to find the item and redo the return with the right label. This is an example of going above and beyond in customer service! Thank you Trey (I hope that’s how you spell your name). Because of you - I opted to give this location a 5 star rating. ?”

He asked did anyone help me on the floor, I said no and he instantly apologized. It was not his fault as he made up for the poor customer service on the sales floor. The staff there is utterly fantastic. The clothing is a must have. I purchased an entire wardrobe, and I am so pleased with everything I bought.

“First time here! My daughter wanted to go in and take a peek around which means walking around for probably over 30 minutes, along with some visits to the fitting room. LOL This location is within the Premium Outlet Mall in Tampa. Masks required to enter and shop. They do have their fitting rooms open and are not limiting capacity. The store is huge and there is PLENTY of staff walking around to help you with any questions. My daughter found some Dickies jeans which she tried on a few different styles but finally was able to choose one. Pricing at $45 was reasonable I think as I typically pay around that or more for mine. They do Lysol down the fitting room door and inside once patrons leave...so keeping it sanitary. And the girl working the fitting room area that day had it very organized....I was so impressed. There are racks near the fitting room area that are clearance and currently have 50% the sticker price -- so you could get a Vans sweatshirt for around $20. They have men, women and kids attire....also sell a variety of Jansport backpacks and a wall display of shoes.”
