“3 Words---Susan is PHENOMENAL, AMAZING, & SUPREMELY KNOWLEIBLE!! I am new to owning betta fish. I just discovered her shop after initially purchasing from a big box pet store. Betta 1.0 got a burial at sea after just (3) short months. Devestated & Determined to not make the same mistakes & to actively support local businesses, I found her shop. She has spent SOOOOO much time imparting her wealth of knowledge to me! She never rushes me when I ask her 9 zillion questions EVERY SINGLE TIME! Her tanks are immaculate, prices reasonable, and her hot dog mascot adorable!! I strongly recommend her shop to ANYONE whose hobby is fishkeeping. Thank you, Susan, for helping me with Gill-bert live like a king 🤴 It is most unfortunate that I can only give 5 stars!! I personally give her 5,000000000000000 stars 🌟”

“AMAZING RESULTS from these eco-friendly, sustainable-packaging (and refillable), non-toxic products!!! I initially found out about SustainME at a farmers market and since, I've never been more excited about a business!!!! I am so thrilled to find a store that offers refillable and plastic-free products.
some products I've tried and wasn't disappointed by: bar dish soap (and soap tray), shave bar, bamboo hairbrushes, non-toxic deodorant, swedish dish towel, room & linen spray (baja cactus!!!!!), loose leaf tea steeper, and reusable silicone swabs.
The attention to quality in materials and ingredients is honestly so well worth the value. The bar of dish soap has lasted SO long, and is really effective at cleaning (easily got marshmallow Rice Krispie goo off all my dishes!!!!) The scented products sold in this store are amazing AND natural. I'm so proud to support a local business with such commendable efforts, ideas, and values. Love your mother!!!!! 🌎🌱”

“The employees here are very kind, helpful, and clearly care about the animals. I’ve never had any issues with staff.
I came in for cat food and ended up leaving with a betta fish because I was concerned about the water temperature they were being kept in. Bettas are tropical fish and require warm water, and many of them appeared pale and stressed from the cold.
Once home, I kept him at a stable 78–79 degrees, and within a short time his color and energy completely returned. It was amazing to see the transformation.
I understand this is unfortunately a common practice in many pet stores, but I truly hope betta care standards can continue to improve. Even something simple like low-watt food warming mats under the containers could help keep the water at a safer temperature.
I’m grateful to the staff for their kindness, and I hope this feedback helps bring awareness to better betta care. ?❤️”

Steven (one of the managers) has been incredibly helpful in talking through what equipment is needed for what my goals are, checked us out, honored the online sale price and helped us take the equipment out to our vehicle. Steven and the other staff here are what keep bringing us back in store as opposed to Petco or Pet Supplies Plus.”

“I have been bringing my 6-month-old puppy, Honey, to Royal Pets for daycare and all of her veterinary needs ever since I adopted her, and I truly can't say enough good things about them!
Every day when I pick Honey up, she's completely exhausted from having so much fun. In fact, she still refuses to leave! You read that right—she'll sit down and stare back at the front door and play area like I'm taking her away from the best day ever. 😂
One of my favorite things is seeing the videos of her playing with her daycare friends throughout the day. It's clear that the entire team genuinely cares about every animal that walks through their doors. The staff is always friendly, welcoming, informative, and happy to answer any questions I have.
Knowing Honey is loved, cared for, and having the best time gives me so much peace of mind. We absolutely love Royal Pets and couldn't recommend them more!”
