I also had the pleasure of having our office holiday party at the shop after hours, where they put together an amazing candle-making class for our team. Each staff member learned about the candle-making process and created their own custom candle, which made for such a fun and memorable experience.

“The employees here are very kind, helpful, and clearly care about the animals. I’ve never had any issues with staff.
I came in for cat food and ended up leaving with a betta fish because I was concerned about the water temperature they were being kept in. Bettas are tropical fish and require warm water, and many of them appeared pale and stressed from the cold.
Once home, I kept him at a stable 78–79 degrees, and within a short time his color and energy completely returned. It was amazing to see the transformation.
I understand this is unfortunately a common practice in many pet stores, but I truly hope betta care standards can continue to improve. Even something simple like low-watt food warming mats under the containers could help keep the water at a safer temperature.
I’m grateful to the staff for their kindness, and I hope this feedback helps bring awareness to better betta care. ?❤️”
“Pros: Pet wash room was very clean. Staff provided 3 towels for my 100 lb, double coated German Shepherd which was definitely necessary.
Cons: No brushes to reach the undercoat.(One brush, but it brushed only the top coat) No nail clippers. One tub was actually plugged with hair. All the scrubber gloves and scrubber tools were full of hair. The water hoses are too short, unable to reach the dog when they sit on the far end away from the spout.”

“took our 7 month old puppy in to get his first haircut and all i can say is WOW! alexis was so sweet and kind to our boy while he was pretty anxious and nervous about going. calls with updates on how everything is going , taking her time to make sure he is feeling comfortable/safe and giving him the haircut we exactly wanted to make him look so handsome! we will absolutely be bringing him back for future grooming!! :))”

“I always shop at PetSmart for my fur baby Cheetah, and they never disappoint. This is where I get all of her food — especially her favorite, Blue Buffalo — and they always have it in stock.
As a pet parent, that consistency means everything. I never have to worry about running around town trying to find her food. The store is organized, clean, and easy to shop, and the staff is always helpful when I have questions.
