“We just applied for our kids passport/renewals and photos. We made an appointment and it was a quick and simple. I believe the clerks name was China and she was great! :) I highly recommend this post office if you need this service.”

“I went to Depot and it was so easy to mail my package. I just emailed my label to them and they printed it. So much easier than going to the post office! And they’re nice and funny, too.”

“Maybe it's coming from NYC and then coming from S. Florida, but when I visited this post office on Byrd Drive, I was shocked by the amazing service and how pleasant the staff are. Even when the line is long, the staff are so friendly and take the time to explain everything. No bad attitude, no impatience. It was not just a one-off experience, it's been really good the multiple times I have been here that I never mind when I have to stop by here to pick up my packages.😅”

“I’ve been to this postal shop a couple of times and it’s always been an amazing process. I went in today and had no idea how to ship something and the staff was very helpful and patient with me. I was even able to print and make copies which I didn’t know was a service they offered. Highly recommend coming here”

“This five star review is for an employee that I had never met until the other day her name is: Nay. Nay made my Day! Nay was very tenacious and managed to get my two envelopes secured and ready to be mailed in a heartbeat. I have to admit this was not the type of behavior that I'm used to seeing at this post office! Ralph gave my two pieces of mail his blessing as well. For this I was also appreciative! On another occasion they secured a piece of mail for me that was lost in the system. It was a true miracle that it was in the general delivery. As it was not even sent to the proper zip code. For that piece of mail I will always be grateful that somebody kept it there for me until I could retrieve it! Thank you for all that you do for the community while the cameras are watching your every move!”

“Tandy is amazing. I was there to mail a batch of invitations and Tandy helped me with the machine out front, cutting labels, and making sure the invitations went to the right spot so as not to be ruined. She was polite, friendly, and helpful all while fielding questions for others as well.”

“Post office is always quick, very nice postal workers! Wanted to especially write a note of thanks to the postal worker that helped me with my passport application. She helped me with the money order, put the packet together for me, and helped me get it mailed correctly. Such a confusing process I appreciated the help so much!”
