She always apologizes for the wait, and makes eye contact and always makes sure my matter is best dealt with. She is thorough, friendly, helpful, kind and so sincere. She seems to LOVE helping people. We are SO very lucky to have her in our closest post office.”

“Went on 2/25/2024 for a walk-in to renew a passport for a minor. Arrived at 2:25pm and took a seat. We were second in line as walk-in customers. The clerk on duty took care of folks who had appointments and then at 2:52pm once all appointments were completed she handed out tickets for those folks waiting in the lobby as walk-in customers. She was courteous, friendly, and efficient. She provided excellent service which reflected well on the USPS and US government employees in general. Also thanks to the USPS for providing this service on Saturday and Sunday so that folks who cannot miss work can make it to a place to do passport business. It was rewarding to see a government agency and its employee providing outstanding service. Thank you.”

“Clerk Jill always goes above and beyond, she knowledgeable and courteous. I visited this office because my local office at 13266 Byrd Dr STE 100, Odessa, FL 33556-5309 was not able to help with the return receipt that USPS never delivered for the very important mail and even their supervisor was telling me that "he can only access records within his zip code", However, Jill (she was not even a supervisor) printed out electronic return receipt for my delivered certified letter and provided detailed contact information for the office in NY. Thus, I did not need to file any claims and had a delivery proof on hands within 5 minutes of visiting this office. Thank you so much, Jill! I hope you will be promoted to a supervisor.”

“I live downtown and have used this location several times to mail out small packages. No issues and usually pretty cheap with Media Mail. My packages get to recipients on the estimated delivery date. Just make sure to go in the middle of the day if you can to avoid waiting or being rushed.”

“Been coming to this location which closes 7pm on weekdays for a while now vs the one on 14910 N. Dale Mabry which closes at 4pm daily. Apart from a smaller footprint, the 12651 N. Dale Mabry across from Lowes, this location is more convenient and the whole staff including Peggy & Ed is most helpful and patient and courteous. Keep up the good work & attitude especially around Christmas time.”

“It's what you expect from a post office. There will likely be a line, plan accordingly. However, the staff are hard working, helpful and efficient. I really appreciate being able to get pretty stamps for my mass mailings to family and friends. They always have cards, mailers and other accessories. The prices are reasonable and I've never had any issues with my items' delivery.”

“Not bad. Except the physical drop box drawer inside has been broken for over two months. I'm not sure why it hasn't been fixed yet, but it causes pre-labeled packages to pile up on the counter. This should have been fixed long ago.”
