“Came in to see if they had the passport pictures available. And was pleasantly surprised that even though they couldn’t service me, they had aa counter assistant named Vanessa that was amazing. Vanessa had a smile the whole time I was there which made me feel welcome. Gave me the address to the location that did have passport services right down the street made me feel valued for coming in and answered my question about what I was going to have to do at the next location. Vanessa even provided me all the paperwork so all I have to do at my next stop was to go in and get out saving me time. Both my parents worked for the post office for 30 years and I don’t know if the post office the way we know it will be around in the next 30 years. But for now anyone else reading this if you want really great Service at a local post office now go see Vanessa she’s a standout and hopefully they find a way to keep her with customers.”
“I walked in not realizing it was going to be attached to the Shell, and almost turned around because I knew I’d have a lot of questions and be a little more complicated than I’d like to be for someone who’s essentially working two jobs at once. Renee stopped me and gave the most pleasant experience I’ve had at any post office! She was so kind and helpful! Thank you Renee!”

“want to recognize Tanisha for her incredible kindness and customer service.
I came into the post office yesterday feeling overwhelmed and having a difficult day because my daughter is currently in the hospital. Tanisha was patient, kind, and genuinely compassionate when she helped me with my return. We even had a brief conversation about how sometimes you just miss being able to go into a store and have a real human interaction instead of doing everything online. She reminded me how much a simple moment of kindness can mean.
After I left and was walking to my car, Tanisha noticed that I had accidentally dropped a piece of my phone charger. She actually ran all the way out to the parking lot to return it to me. That small act of kindness completely touched me, and I ended up telling her that my daughter was in the hospital and thanking her for being so kind.
In a stressful and emotional time, her kindness meant more to me than she could possibly know. Tanisha went above and beyond, and I am so grateful that I happened to meet her that day.
Thank you, Tanisha, for reminding me that there are still wonderfully kind people in the world.”
“I only go here for the post, I love the two lady's that work here. They always get there job done so quickly, never make people who don't know really want to do feel stupid. I have an eBay store and I only have to buy packages and I usually pay with change because they are so cheep (1.30~5.00) 10/10 recommend coming here.”

“I needed to mail a letter to my aunt in Ohio. This post office at 6706 N. Nebraska Ave in Tampa is the closest one to my place. Paolo was very helpful, smiled. He explained that certified mail would cost me over $7 , so I opted to standard mail at 78 cents. There was no wait at all , no line. I got in and out quickly.”
“4 star because of 2 things: 1. It was empty and fast just how i like it. 2. Mr. Dave w/ the long hair and his superb customer service to customers, from patience to easy going, positive attitude compared to his older counterpart. I guess I was asking TOOO many questions and wasn't listening fast enough for him, I didn't get sassy back, I just moved over to Dave, however there was another customer behind me, she called on him since I skipped on him and he looked at her w/ much obvious attitude and said he's going on break. Hope his attitude gets better at his BIG AGE.”

“The customer service was excellent. The shorter woman with glasses was so sweet and really took the time to educate me on how the postal service works. She patiently assisted me with my forms and made the entire process easy to understand. Every time I visit this location, the line moves quickly, even when there are a lot of customers. I really appreciate the friendly, efficient service!”
“Whoever the lady was working at this location on September 23 she did a great job. She was working by herself around lunchtime and she was handling everything so well. The location was very busy, but she managed to help everybody in a timely and efficient manner.”

“Tandy is amazing. I was there to mail a batch of invitations and Tandy helped me with the machine out front, cutting labels, and making sure the invitations went to the right spot so as not to be ruined. She was polite, friendly, and helpful all while fielding questions for others as well.”

“It’s funny this place gets all the low ratings due to possible mislabeling of services at this location. After arriving and realizing that this was not a full service post office, I asked one of the postal workers loading his truck and he provided me with another address that could assist me. He was very helpful.”
“Tried sending my sister a package and the Indian guy with glasses ( I don’t know his name ) didn’t even put the address in correctly he just put the city and state and zip code and the address was written on the box and I didn’t even check before leaving , now I will but I will be going back and demand they send the box correctly and I’m not paying to ship it out again if I could give no stars I would worst experience
Edit : I came back spoke with Nate and he was very helpful and willing to help me send it out again and even wrote out the name on the label so there wouldn’t be another issue with it being returned,”
“Cha and her supervisor were so helpful! They saw I was in distress with the cost of how much everything was going to cost & instead of dismissing me that started giving me options to decrease the cost of the box I was shipping. Cha even went as far to pack the box for me to fit everything and gave me a Xmas bow as they were gifts. Great service!!”
