“I have been using this post office for twenty five plus years. I have read a lot reviews of frustration from their customers over the several years about their service being substandard.But what I think people fail to realize is that this is a government organization. And they are limited to the capabilities and services that can be provided sometimes. It's not like they can hire extra employees to come in to show up when others call in sick, And there is certainly no way to control the flow of the mail To make it ideal for every customer that walks in. Even though there was only a few people in line when I walked in and I was unable to complete my transaction until I spoke to an employee. There was only one working at the time at the front desk, his name was Gary or (Greg) who helped me accomplish what I needed to and did so in a very pleasing manner, as he did is other customers.And just wanted to let people know that. Sometimes it's all just when you choose to go that makes the world of difference. Berating the employees because they are struggling to manage the crowd does not help matters. Even though most people think that they know best when it comes to customer service the majority of them have never worked in a job as busy and stressful as the USPS...”

“I forget to ask for her name everytime I stop by, but the female USPS associate with brunette hair and bangs is excellent. She works efficiently and finds the best option and price whenever I want to ship items. I wouldn’t go to any other location!!”
“The post office is inside the Food Mart at the gas station. Its not well marked on the outside of the building. Just step inside and look to the left. Great little post office, fast service”

“Been coming to this location which closes 7pm on weekdays for a while now vs the one on 14910 N. Dale Mabry which closes at 4pm daily. Apart from a smaller footprint, the 12651 N. Dale Mabry across from Lowes, this location is more convenient and the whole staff including Peggy & Ed is most helpful and patient and courteous. Keep up the good work & attitude especially around Christmas time.”

“It's what you expect from a post office. There will likely be a line, plan accordingly. However, the staff are hard working, helpful and efficient. I really appreciate being able to get pretty stamps for my mass mailings to family and friends. They always have cards, mailers and other accessories. The prices are reasonable and I've never had any issues with my items' delivery.”

Shout out also to the rest of the staff - thank YOU for staying positive though the busy holiday season...we appreciate YOU all!”
“I got to this location almost exclusively and everyone is always friendly and ready to help. If you go during peak hours you'll need to wait but that's just true of any place. I never have any issues with mailing packages here with a qr code.”

“Stopped by to mail a $9 Priority Mail Flat Rate envelope. Unfortunately they didn't have any supplies of Priority Mail Envelopes. The employee asked if it was for a $14 Priority Mail and I replied that the cost was about $9. Not sure why the employee/owner thought it would cost $14. The employee/owner told me I needed to visit a US Post Office so I went on my way after leaving a review to help others that may think they can easily mail via Priority Mail from this business”
