I had an amazing experience at this UPS Store today. A very kind young lady (I believe she might be Korean) helped me immediately and connected me with the store manager over the phone.
The manager explained everything in detail and told me exactly what to do about my lost phone shipment. Thanks to his guidance, I was able to contact T-Mobile and finally resolve the situation.
I am extremely grateful for their patience, professionalism, and clear instructions. They truly went above and beyond to help me.

“Had to replace a printer and went to Office Depot first since they were closer. I had just replaced the $150 ink cartridges before I realized the printer was no good. OD would sell me a printer but I was SOL on getting a credit on the cartridges. I went to my old Staples and Tonya said they would not only give a credit for the cartridges but would match the price on the printer. I even got a Rewards credit for recycling my old printer. This is why etail only will not replace brick and mortar, true customer service.”

My girlfriend owns a small business and often arrives to UPS near the end of the business day. Never once has Amy or any other UPS team member made her feel rushed or uncomfortable for being late. Regardless of how busy they are (and I’ve been there on many occasions with lines out of the door), Amy remains attentive to everyone, and her positivity almost has a contagious effect on the often impatient customers.
