“Extraordinary service. I had a major issue with an employee and UPS went to the location, retrieved the office supplies, packed, them securely, and had them shipped to me across the country. They were seemless, patience, flexible, reasonable and beyond accommodating! They made me feel like I had an extension of my team right there in Florida! I would highly recommend this store!”

“Great place fast and friendly people working here. She was alone with a long line and she was engaged with all customers coming in, while taking care of the ones in line. Definitely the best place.”

“I’m 9months pregnant and had to return quite a few things today. Once of which was a heavy box that my husband had loaded for me into my car earlier. Rasheed gives TOP TIER SERVICE! Not only did he help me with my boxes with a smile on his face but he helped me navigate some shipping obstacles that honestly weren’t even obstacles with his help. I was in and out. Kudos to you RASHEED!! You’re an amazing asset and great person. Thank you for all your help”

“Absolutely amazing customer service at Goin' Postal! They scan USPS and FedEx packages and even went above and beyond to help me with my SpeedX shipments. The staff is extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and always willing to help! Michelle is truly the best! She's professional, patient, and goes out of her way to make everything easy. As a small business owner who ships regularly, I really appreciate having such a reliable and helpful team. Highly recommend Goin' Postal! Thank you, Michelle, for the outstanding service!”

“I want to acknowledge Lee for his help on a troublesome Amazon return we had yesterday. As the product came from a third party shipper we were not given the correct return labels by the third party to return the product. He went above and beyond excellent customer service getting Amazon to help us resolve the issue. Thanks again for great customer service!”
