“What an excellent Facility! This place blows your mind the second you walk in with a welcome greeting at the front door by their receptionist. Then once you enter the back office and see how modern and open the floor plan is you immediately get that comfort feeling. They have windows that you can actually watch the technicians at work on your sample. The amount of technology and machinery they have is unreal and state of the art stuff. I felt safe and secure in their hands and will use them again. Do yourself a favor and go see them, you won't regret your decision.”

Laura was taking care of me & I had actually passed out. She was so caring, kind & patient. She went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of and returned to normal before leaving. definitely suggest Quest keeps snacks on hand for people!!! Laura gave me a piece of candy she had for herself”

“This was my first time at this location. I made an appointment and checked in through the text. I was called back a little before my appointment time. The lady that drew my blood was friendly and took her time to make sure that she got a good vein. I bruise easily but will probably only have a small bruise this time. There are a few Quest locations on my way to work, but I will be back to this location the next time that I need blood work done.”

“This is the only place I will get my lab work done! Other places take forever and quest in Boca on Military is a hot mess! I come here exclusively as I am in and out in 10 minutes or less and the staff is very friendly! Note the hours as they close for lunch from 12 -1 but other than that, this place is indeed best in class in Delray/Boca!”

“I was able to secure a last minute appointment for blood work for 1:00pm and arrived early at 12:45pm. The check in process was easy and your name is displayed on their TV with your appt time once you checked in on the kiosk. I sat down for less than 10 minutes and was taken back. The woman who drew my blood was very friendly and we chatted about common experiences. Within 5 minutes of my blood drawn, I was out the door by 1:00pm. I was worried when I saw the other reviews but maybe it’s because they didn’t have an appointment or have complicated requests because my experience was nice and easy.”

“I was a walk-in. Waited about a hour Jennifer took me in walked me thru both prescriptions showed me the duplication and explained I'd be paying out of pocket, so we adjusted the tests taken. Best part was, I didn't feel a thing as she took the blood. Jennifer was a true professional.”
