Then she accommodated me so I could come give my sample asap. Very impressed and thankful for her willingness to help!”
“What an excellent Facility! This place blows your mind the second you walk in with a welcome greeting at the front door by their receptionist. Then once you enter the back office and see how modern and open the floor plan is you immediately get that comfort feeling. They have windows that you can actually watch the technicians at work on your sample. The amount of technology and machinery they have is unreal and state of the art stuff. I felt safe and secure in their hands and will use them again. Do yourself a favor and go see them, you won't regret your decision.”

“I went in today for my annual physical and saw nurse practitioner, Ray… She was such a wonderful, kind and thorough professional. The girls at the front desk attended to me right away and gave me all the necessary paperwork so that I could be seen without delay. The girl who did my blood work was so amazing, she got it right on the first time and was very pleasant to speak with! All in all everyone was so warm and welcoming, I had a really great experience. I'm so glad I found them, you can tell they care about their patients and their reputation! I will stay with them for all my Primary care needs. I would recommend the Genesis Community Health Center highly.”

“Excellent experience on my recent visit as well as a visit to this Quest location several months ago. Regina was exceptional the other day in her professionalism, caring, warmth and friendliness and went above and beyond on my visit here. There was another woman working who greeted me that morning but I didn't have the chance to get her name who was awesome as well. Although it can get busy at this location like the others, I was in and out in less than 15 minutes which was an added plus. Very satisfied.”

“Jaimie was amazing! My veins are notoriously difficult and she took her time and only poked me once. No pain or trouble. She was very friendly and you can tell she cares about you as a person.
I made an appointment and the wait was about 10 minutes. The waiting room is clean and spacious. The other staff was also pleasant, friendly, attentive and professional. I'll never go elsewhere, so long as I can find Jaimie!”

“Sometimes chaotic, but most of the time the wait time is minimal. The staff is professional and the blood draws are ouch free. It only gets chaotic when the patients are not familiar with the sign-in procedures.”
