I wanted an F150 but ended up with a F350 service body. Moral of the story they got me in a truck and as a self employed person what more can you ask for.”

“I almost never rent trucks from Penske - I usually use Uhual… those days are over! With the new app that Penske uses you don’t even have to go inside to rent a truck! It’s much cheaper with the app as well… insurance and 50 miles included in 39.99 price for a box truck with a ramp. Can’t beat it…”
“I had a great experience at The Peterbilt store in WPB. Isabel Leon was especially helpful as she was the one who talked me into the store as I was driving. Even when I was at the store her customer service skills were outstanding!! Lunch time came and the manager offered to buy my lunch with no other dealership or store has ever done. Thank you sir for doing for me, it was delicious. My truck was repaired same day and I was able to get to where I needed to be on time. Thank you again!!”

“The truck we rented, was nice clean.Not to many miles.Not very familiar not to use parkway.Also when you renting find out your route and pay attention to the low bridges because many of them don't have a Sign for the high.We did have a truck GPS.Good service”

“The U-haul location in East Delray Beach is excellent ! The staff were helpful and efficient. The 10’ van was perfect. I did a quick day move locally and it met all my needs. Dropping if off at 10 pm the same day worked out seamlessly. FYI .. they have a key dropbox and they also have a 24 hour pickup lockbox for keys off hours, 24 hours a day. That’s cool ! I highly recommend this location, and the nice people who run it. Errol Ebanks the local zone manager was there too .. Very helpful !”

“There was no issues picking up truck. The issue was returning to the other location since it was a one way rental. We were told to have it back at 9 am yet the business was locked and when contacted occupant wouldn't return until 1030 am. You would think there would be a couple of reps to receive and dispatch trucjs”
“Staff was friendly and helpful. Trucks are kept nearby in an old car wash that is defunct. Truck leaked rain in both doors. Bed of truck was dirty with wood debris and dirt. Truck otherwise ran well, handled well. Check in and check out was painless.”
“I really didn't have the same experience as many others here. My truck was ready on time, the manager was nice and helpful, and I was charged exactly as expected. It was a positive experience honestly.”
