“I just left this place and had to give a 5 star review. I honestly did not know this place was here and they have been around for 25 years from what the owner mentioned. He was so sweet and patient with me! I was dreading going to USPS because most of the time I have a terrible experience but they actually mail out just about every company like DHL,USPS returns and mail etc. I was in and out and will definitely be coming here in the future now that I know it’s near by. Please check them out if you are local!”

“Walked in said I needed an F150 was told that there wereno trucks available right now with a tow hitch at all. Discouraged I walked out cussing because my workday was ruined but was met by a man telling me to get back in and sit down he was was finding one. I wanted an F150 but ended up with a F350 service body. Moral of the story they got me in a truck and as a self employed person what more can you ask for.”
“This was my first time at this location, the young lady that took care of me was so pleasant, knowledgeable, professional. I forgot her name but she's pregnant. Fast and easy process I had to push my reservations back a few hours and she everything in order when I returned. Dropping off in and out no issues within 4 hours of us getting the U-Haul we returned it walked in walked out. No issues. Thank you to all the employees at this location. You all are amazing. “I almost never rent trucks from Penske - I usually use Uhual… those days are over! With the new app that Penske uses you don’t even have to go inside to rent a truck! It’s much cheaper with the app as well… insurance and 50 miles included in 39.99 price for a box truck with a ramp. Can’t beat it…”

“I had a great experience at The Peterbilt store in WPB. Isabel Leon was especially helpful as she was the one who talked me into the store as I was driving. Even when I was at the store her customer service skills were outstanding!! Lunch time came and the manager offered to buy my lunch with no other dealership or store has ever done. Thank you sir for doing for me, it was delicious. My truck was repaired same day and I was able to get to where I needed to be on time. Thank you again!!”

“The truck we rented, was nice clean.Not to many miles.Not very familiar not to use parkway.Also when you renting find out your route and pay attention to the low bridges because many of them don't have a Sign for the high.We did have a truck GPS.Good service”

“There was no issues picking up truck. The issue was returning to the other location since it was a one way rental. We were told to have it back at 9 am yet the business was locked and when contacted occupant wouldn't return until 1030 am. You would think there would be a couple of reps to receive and dispatch trucjs”
“The U-Haul truck service on military and Okeechobee was booked up but the young African American lady helped and called the other U-Haul truck center on vista parkway and they had what I needed and reserved it for me so I'm grateful”
“Staff was friendly and helpful. Trucks are kept nearby in an old car wash that is defunct. Truck leaked rain in both doors. Bed of truck was dirty with wood debris and dirt. Truck otherwise ran well, handled well. Check in and check out was painless.”

“I rented a car trailer online at the North Palm Beach location and called to verify and found out they didn’t have it. The employee was friendly and professional and referred me to the West Palm Beach location and they reserved one for me. When I arrived I found the employees working in a store office with no air conditioning. Apparently broke the previous night. In spite of the hot steamy atmosphere, I was greeted by Mykeria B. She was polite, professional and accommodating. The other staff was equally friendly and helpful. I commend the staff, as it was busy, hot, and customers all needed guidance. “Aside from the EXTREMELY HORRIBLE customer service we received from employee JORDAN; who not only answered the phone with an attitude, but displayed a high level of unprofessionalism and disrespect our entire interaction by hanging up on me. The customer service from both MARY and HOLLY were BEYOND amazing. We absolutely LOVE them BOTH!! They even recommended a really great coffee spot (Cali coffee) not too far from where we're located as we debated which was better between that and 7Brew 😂. I even had the pleasure of speaking with Mr. Stern who was also a very great and compassionate gentleman. The three of them made our experience worth the rest. I look forward to doing business with them again in the near future, and highly recommend this location (ASK FOR MARY) to anyone looking for great customer service (ASK FOR MARY) and a pleasant experience.
