Belleair Village Motel is a family friendly place with all of the amenities and a swimming pool. Guests describe it as clean and friendly, a diamond in the rough with great prices and staff. Rooms are clean, complete with everything you need including a kitchen and refrigerator, a bedroom, bathroom, and a living room. Some rooms are described as little outdated but clean and spacious, with Floridian vintage style. The kitchenette and heated pool are loved, and the place is very quiet. It offers an enjoyable stay with no roaches. The location is close to everything, with a mini-market, local stores, shops, Publix, and Save A Lot within walking distance. It's just 10 minutes from Indian Rocks Beach and the Pinellas Trail is around the corner for biking or walking. Within a few minutes, guests are walking in the ocean. The owners and staff care about their guests, and the motel is economical and worth the trip. Guests have had no issues and will stay here again.
