“What an awesome store. John was more than helpful. I took my vacuum in to be repaired. Unfortunately it couldn't be fixed and John took the time to explain why. He also took time to look on the computer to see where I could get the part and gave me the product number I needed to order from Dyson. After I received the part I took it to John and he put the replacement part on the vacuum for me. When I asked him what I owed him, he said nothing. This gentleman took the time to help me wanting nothing in return. Thank you John for your help and great customer service. I wish more businesses could be like yours. The staff was super helpful and he went almost directly to a page in one of their dozens of catalog vendors and picked out the lighting here. It hit all my wants/needs and is perfect for my space. This is the difference between seasoned pros and online boiler room order takers. They can't have everything on display, but don't give up if yours is not there to touch.”

“I started out buying a used washing machine from Hansons. It was reasonably priced,works great, and they delivered it and took the old one away. Unfortunately my water heater and refrigerator both broke. The water heater produced no hot water and the freezer was cold but the fridge wasn't cooling off. My past experience purchasing the washing machine and also the recommendation of my family made Hansons the first and only repair business I even needed to call. The repair man was awesome. Friendly, knowledgeable, and careful. He took no time at all to fix the problem. The water heater had a broken element so he replaced everything quickly and safely. The refrigerator required a good defrosting and a 2nd visit to replace a fan motor. Both visits were quick,on time and efficient. He knew exactly what to do. There was feeling of pressure to fix things that were not an issue or to buy a new appliance. He was honest and friendly. I highly recommend this company for any needed repairs and also for the purchase of used appliances as well”
