I had a complicated setup to do involving porting from a Google Voice account on my work phone. I took my father to the store for the 2nd time since they opened and had another good experience. Nesto was awesome, super patient with my Dad and answered all of his many questions, he even went over & above to set it up so it looked like his old phone. Dad left happy with the phone he wanted, and if Dad's happy, I'm happy.

I took my elderly friend to fix his phone and Reggie did, what Best Buy could not within minutes. We were actually thinking about switching carriers so he could get a free phone; but Reggie did an amazing job fixing it as well as putting all his apps on there.
