“I brought my Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 4 to Carlos at Carliphone with a hinge and inner display problem, and I couldn't be happier with the result. Sending it to Samsung would have meant weeks without my phone. Carlos worked with me on a flexible price and had it fixed within 24 hours, which astonished me given how difficult this repair is. The issue turned out to be more involved than expected, and Carlos handled it perfectly. He let me take the phone back to back up everything, we did a system wipe, and he finished his work and got the phone back to 100%. Carlos kept me informed every step of the way, in person and over the phone, and always offered multiple options so I could make the right call. He's also bilingual in English and Spanish, which is a great bonus. I'm so grateful to him and his team for taking the time and care to fix such an expensive phone. Highly recommend!”

“I have been going through a Difficult time and was unable to pay my phone Bill. So I walked Into Verizon and a nice young lady named Kate got me a two day extension so I can handle my business. I was able to make money that day in the following morning. I was outside Verizon on East Bay when they opened I personally carried in the money to pay the bill, but I was still going through a hard time. I didn’t have a Wireless charger and I had a very important phone calls to me. This young lady took it upon herself to purchase a wireless charger and block for me then gave me a note that told me I was important and that God loves me and everything is gonna be OK because of that random act of kindness. I am now back in the saddle I was able to handle all of my business and get my head above water I owe this little lady Kate way more than a thank you and a simple Google review, but she went above and beyond anything that anyone in the customer service has ever done for me personally, and I have worked in retail and restaurants for a long time. God bless that little lady and God bless Verizon for helping me out and being understanding as far as I’m concerned, there is no other phone company.”

“This place is amazing with amazing prices to match it. We went to 2 repairs shops before here and they both ripped me off. Both places cost twice as much or more and it wasn’t installed properly so it broke within a week. This place has the best prices in the area!!! He was very nice and did such a great job at repairing the phones. Thank you so much!!! I will be going here from now on and referring everyone here, that’s for sure!!!”

I think he can see that color pink because he loves it. He turns it into a donut then wiggles up inside of the donut hole. ?. But it's also soft. I love this location. They have also fixed my phone before.”

We actually didnt like the provider we switvhed to and came back to Tmobil the next week. we asked for Yessi specifically cause she was so good to us before. and she was just as amazing the 2nd time.
