“This place is amazing with amazing prices to match it. We went to 2 repairs shops before here and they both ripped me off. Both places cost twice as much or more and it wasn’t installed properly so it broke within a week. This place has the best prices in the area!!! “I have been going through a Difficult time and was unable to pay my phone Bill. So I walked Into Verizon and a nice young lady named Kate got me a two day extension so I can handle my business. I was able to make money that day in the following morning. I was outside Verizon on East Bay when they opened I personally carried in the money to pay the bill, but I was still going through a hard time. I didn’t have a Wireless charger and I had a very important phone calls to me. This young lady took it upon herself to purchase a wireless charger and block for me then gave me a note that told me I was important and that God loves me and everything is gonna be OK because of that random act of kindness. I am now back in the saddle I was able to handle all of my business and get my head above water I owe this little lady Kate way more than a thank you and a simple Google review, but she went above and beyond anything that anyone in the customer service has ever done for me personally, and I have worked in retail and restaurants for a long time. God bless that little lady and God bless Verizon for helping me out and being understanding as far as I’m concerned, there is no other phone company.”
“Went topick up my Tmobile Tuesday blanket and they were so kind, it happened to be the last one they had. My lil mini Doxie Oscar has weasled it away from mommy. I think he can see that color pink because he loves it. He turns it into a donut then wiggles up inside of the donut hole. ?. But it's also soft. I love this location. They have also fixed my phone before.”
“When we were leaving Tmobil we needed in store help we were helped by Yessi and she was AMAZING!! We actually didnt like the provider we switvhed to and came back to Tmobil the next week. we asked for Yessi specifically cause she was so good to us before. and she was just as amazing the 2nd time. Yessi deff also played a part of why we came back to tmobil. and anytime we need help we will deff be asking for her again by Name. if she not available we can come back. another day. She is our person now.”
