“I brought my Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 4 to Carlos at Carliphone with a hinge and inner display problem, and I couldn't be happier with the result. Sending it to Samsung would have meant weeks without my phone. Carlos worked with me on a flexible price and had it fixed within 24 hours, which astonished me given how difficult this repair is. The issue turned out to be more involved than expected, and Carlos handled it perfectly. He let me take the phone back to back up everything, we did a system wipe, and he finished his work and got the phone back to 100%. Carlos kept me informed every step of the way, in person and over the phone, and always offered multiple options so I could make the right call. He's also bilingual in English and Spanish, which is a great bonus. I'm so grateful to him and his team for taking the time and care to fix such an expensive phone. Highly recommend!”

“I had a good experience with I Break U Fix. I have an iPhone that is several years old. The battery was becoming very difficult to charge and would not last very long. After they reviewed my iPhone, they had to order the battery. It came in approximately a week later and they gave me a call to let me know. I was there shortly after they opened. They checked me in and said my phone would be ready in two hours. I stopped by just two hours afterward and it was done. Nice job guys thank you!”

“I had a complicated setup to do involving porting from a Google Voice account on my work phone. The staff worked as a team to make it happen even though it took a while and required conversations with headquarters. Dawn worked through all of this with humor, grace and knowledge. I highly recommend the company and staff at the store.”

“Drove past this place for years not realizing it was an antique store. I went in there for the first time the other day and now I'm tempted to go back every week. Definitely one of the best antique stores in the county”

“This place is amazing with amazing prices to match it. We went to 2 repairs shops before here and they both ripped me off. Both places cost twice as much or more and it wasn’t installed properly so it broke within a week. This place has the best prices in the area!!! He was very nice and did such a great job at repairing the phones. Thank you so much!!! I will be going here from now on and referring everyone here, that’s for sure!!!”

“I have been going through a Difficult time and was unable to pay my phone Bill. So I walked Into Verizon and a nice young lady named Kate got me a two day extension so I can handle my business. I was able to make money that day in the following morning. I was outside Verizon on East Bay when they opened I personally carried in the money to pay the bill, but I was still going through a hard time. I didn’t have a Wireless charger and I had a very important phone calls to me. This young lady took it upon herself to purchase a wireless charger and block for me then gave me a note that told me I was important and that God loves me and everything is gonna be OK because of that random act of kindness. I am now back in the saddle I was able to handle all of my business and get my head above water I owe this little lady Kate way more than a thank you and a simple Google review, but she went above and beyond anything that anyone in the customer service has ever done for me personally, and I have worked in retail and restaurants for a long time. God bless that little lady and God bless Verizon for helping me out and being understanding as far as I’m concerned, there is no other phone company.”

“Anna was strangely helpful and kind. She was a breath of fresh air after the horrible experience I had at the Clearwater and St. Pete downtown off 4th AT&T. She was happy to help and got my phone up and running smoothly again. We need to hire more people like Anna. Sam was also extremely helpful when we needed it. He is also really cool and kind. I will always be coming back to the Largo ATT. Thanks for the reassurance of being a customer of 24 years.”
